   Meatballs were spot on. Salmon cooked perfectly and Caesar salad very fresh and cold. Also had grilled bread and oil. Very nice experience!

   We had the steamed mussels which were one of the best we’ve eaten in a long while. The service was tip top as always. North Italia is a restaurant that is one of the restaurants that we frequent on a regular basis because we’re never disappointed, the food is always delish and consistent, service is always excellent, and prices are reasonable. Parking is easy too.

   First time dining here. Service was excellent. Our Server was Ivan F. He did a superior job with the service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with the items we ordered. Will definitely go back to dine again soon.

   We had meatballs for the starter which were pretty good. I had porchetta and my gf ordered the pesto pasta. Prepare for a wait because it was extremely long. Our reservation was for 7:45pm (which they were not ready for us btw) and we were getting our entree around 9:30pm. I think our waiter had checked on us about 2 times during the time we were waiting for our food and didn’t even offer to do anything for the extensive wait once we did receive the food. Our entrees were mediocre at best, but I was so hungry that I made myself eat some of it. I usually clean my plate but I couldn’t force myself to do that. We had far from a good experience. Hopefully yours will be better.

    This is my second time there. The food is so good, service always great. Inside very noisy so sit outside, heaters work well and it’s much quieter. Like this very much.

    The ambience and service was amazing. It looks really cute on the inside and our server made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend the Zucca Chips! (Take the hint of “Yum” on the menu) They were one of my favorites.

    The food was amazing! A lot of the food was rich in taste, so I recommend to not order too much. A great ambiance for both groups and dates. Great quality service and food. The kitchen was behind schedule but the servers were very attentive and accommodating to other customers as well as us.

    I have always loved the atmosphere at North Italia, and my first visit was probably 5 or 6 years ago. The food was very good then …… sadly the quality of the food has deteriorated since then. Yesterday I treated my out-of-town best friend to lunch there. I’ll start out on a positive note. The service was very good, however the food was very disappointing. We shared a prosciutto and a grilled fig pizza and an arugula and avocado salad. The greens in the salad were NOT fresh, rather limp and yellowish in color. I had about three dice-size pieces avocado in my salad with a drizzle of dressing and virtually NO grated Parmesan cheese on the top. I had to ask for more dressing and cheese. The pizza was equally disappointing. Again, very little grilled fig, chewy prosciutto and cheese that was tough and chewy. I was embarrassed to have taken my Friend there for lunch.

    The Lemon Olive Oil cake was outstanding. I wish it were a regular menu item rather than a special occasion item. Tuscan half chicken was excellent. The polenta was incredibly light and flavorful and the sweet corn was perfect compliment to the sauce. Beef tenderloin special (dined on May 14th, 2023) was better than expectations. Excellent flavors. My wife and I were surprised at how delicious it was.

    Made a 5 PM reservation for Mother’s Day several weeks ago and upon arriving on time I was told we would need to wait until 5:15 to be seated. It ended up being 5:20. At 6:20 PM, our party of six was sitting at an empty table no salad, no appetizer, no bread -no nothing. The server did not even seem to notice, so we asked for an update. Well, that was the last conversation that we had with our pathetic server, because he disappeared and refused to make eye contact with us for the rest of the night, until he came out to tell us that he had made a mistake with our order, and what we had originally ordered over an hour ago. It was now sold out. The manager took over our table for the rest of our experience. My daughters pizza was cold. My mother-in-law’s pasta was hard as a rock, and they put cheese on my brother-in-law’s vegan pasta. I ended up not eating anything for Mother’s Day dinner except for half a salad and an over cooked shrimp. Seeing as this is the second or third time I’ve had extremely poor service at this restaurant I will not be coming back ever again.

    Nice restaurant, we had been wanting to try for a while so Mother's Day dinner it was. Convenient location in Fashion Valley, albeit not the most scenic. For the outdoor seating, we think an eye-height, aesthetically pleasing wall of some sort running the length of the sidewalk side would be awesome to block diners' view of the parking lot. It was a busy night but we had reservations. Staff was great and very attentive! Food is very good but we felt it in conjunction with the portion size, didn't quite justify the prices. Overall, a very good experience and we will most likely return to dine again.

    Food was very good, our waitress was excellent. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant for our reservation, it felt rushed. The Hostesses need training. Yes it was Mother's Day lunch, but no need to remind customers of how busy you are. Although the kitchen was a little backed up, we always had something on the table to munch on. Ordering appetizers was a good decision.

    We were there for Mother’s Day and very much enjoyed our lunch. We love the Fashion Valley location ♥️ Moises (spelling?) was our server, and he was absolutely fabulous. Although it was busy, he was very attentive, and most especially, he was kind to my 10-year old son who knows what he likes and has specific preferences of how he wants his food. Thank you for your patience, Moises!! We will continue to visit this location and recommend it to our family and friends 😊

    I brought my mom for mother's day brunch and we had an overall great experience. The servers were very nice and the ambience and design were beautiful. The black mediterranean mussels we shared were one of the best we've ever had. I got the breakfast carbonara and my mom got the grilled beef tenderloin from the mothers day special menu. The breakfast carbonara was nicely cooked, but was a little bland. Regardless, I might order it again. The grilled beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly to medium rare, but the flavors were overtaken by the taste of grill and char. Not sure how much different the regular beef tenderloin is compared to the mothers day version, but the price was jacked up by about double the amount.
