My wife and I brought some friends here for dinner so we were a party of six. There of us had the Branzino. It was good, not great, but good. Two had a salad entree and one of us had the pasta with meat sauce. These three dishes were very good. Service was terrible. After our server took our order I don't think we saw him again. One in our party had her soup arrive after her entree. I did not have a fork and after waiting a while for our waiter to check in I flagged down another server and asked them for a fork. The fork never arrived and I ended up walking to a vacant table and taking a fork so I could eat before my fish was cold. We had bottles of sparkling and still water which we ran out of pretty quickly and we were never offered any more water (we never saw our waiter...) so we ate most of our meals with nothing to drink... When our waiter did show up, it was to ask if we wanted the check... We wanted desert but that was not offered so we opted to close the check and go elsewhere for desert. My friend grabbed the bill so I have no idea what he tipped our server, but if it was up to me, 10% would have been generous... Overall, it was quite embarrassing to have been the one to choose this restaurant and subject our friends to such poor service... Food was good but good service is going to be a crap shoot!

Not my first time, but always a favorite! The food is always delicious and consistent. My family loves the pizzas, the squid ink pasta is my husband's go-to. My menu favorites are the Little Gem Caesar (best caesar salad hands down!), strozzapreti (less the chicken for me) and the arancini! The staff is lovely and it's always a vibe. Love North and recommend it for just about any occasion. Brunch is really great too!

When I arrived I had to wait for 6mins before I was able to be seated although I had a reservation. When we were brought to our table and seated no one came by our table to asked us if we would like some glass of water and being seated for 5mins I had to go back to the host that seated us and asked her where is our waiter/waitress. We order appetizers, it seems like it was for a long time before it was brought to us the chips got cold. My entree was a also cold. Overall my experience after coming here over the years as change significantly. I don’t recommend.

Slow service. Took a long time to place our drink orders and to get our salads. We found out that one was dropped on to the floor and they had to start over. Had to ask for check and had to walk my credit card to server as I couldnt get his attention. I know this isnt the restaurants fault but we couldnt find a parking spot. We had ordered our food as my sister was still looking for a place to park. Took her 20 minutes

The restaurant has a nice vibe, but, the accustics are really bad so it is really noisy and difficult to talk to other people at the table. Food was pretty good. Overall it will stay on my list of go to places to eat. Probably for Happy Hour so the pricing is more on par with the noise and the quality.

My wife and I love North Italia. We frequent them at least once a month. The ambiance and service is always great. The food is delicious. My wife had the Prosciutto Bruschetta, while I had the Italian Farm salad. Two solid dishes. We shared Zucca Chips…everyone loved these. We’ll most definitely be back.

We have been to north Italia before and had a much better experience the last time. Our reservation was at 7:45, and our waiter did not greet us for over 10 minutes, we ordered our appetizer at the same time we ordered our drinks and did not receive it until 8:30. We got our food 20 minutes later, and hardly ever saw our server our whole meal. The food was very good, but we ordered the little gem Caesar salad and were extremely disappointed. A $14 salad had 4 medium sized pieces of lettuce on it. While we were disappointed by that we didn’t think much of it until the table right next to ours received a Caesar salad that was much larger. We would have wanted to try dessert but were worried it would take even longer to receive it so we got our check when we had the chance.

Disappointed. Food was fine. Service was not good. Our waiter got tied up with a party of 12 and was overloaded. Wife ordered desert I ordered an after dinner drink. Desert came and was consumed before waiter said bar was slammed and hadn't gotten to it yet. Canceled drink, paid bill and left. It was very noisy. Won't be back.

Everything was awesome! We have been here before a few times and everything we have ordered has been fabulous. They didn't have the Fox Block Pinot Noir that they usually carry. The one they were using as a substitute wasn't nearly as good. Our server was fabulous! Great Experience!

Delicious food! Amazing bar tenders! They were packed and the bar tenders didn’t miss a beat. Table service was slow and not very attentive. Half the table got served their food while the other half waited another 25 min. We ordered at the same time. It’s very loud inside so don’t go here if you want to sit and talk for a while. You have to yell. Other than that, I love this restaurant!

A very good but casual Italian restaurant. We were impressed with the shrimp appetizer as well as the pizza and mussels ( which are listed as appetizers but are a full meal).

I always enjoy North Italia - it’s my 7th time now😂 I like to experience different types of food so this time I tried something new - the burrata appetizer - it’s so amazing that I could order another one !!! Overall, I love coming here !

Service was ridiculously slow. Waited over 1/2 hour after ordering simple meals such as pasta bolognese and spaghetti with meatballs

This Review is difficult as the food here is always superb every time we go. But we keep getting the same waiter that is terrible!! I had to ask multiple times for a drink, refills, butter…..makes it hard to enjoy the great food when the service is crap.

Scrumptious salads! But they do add up to an expensive lunch! Our server was definitely on top of everything and was very warm and considerate. The noise level is high. It's hard to hear the conversation at our table.

I am usually a big fan of North but something was off this time….the food was not up to par with what it usually is…seems like the portions got smaller and it took forever to get bread at the table. I was very disappointed as I am used to this place being great. Don’t know what happened but it seems like it fell off big time. Had to ask multiple times for plates and silverware. Won’t be going back for a while…hopefully things change..

My husband and I will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server suggested two fabulous Italian wines and he timed the whole meal perfectly.

Took about 35 mins for us to get our cocktails while at our table. Service was kinda slow, probably due to the amount of tables they have and it being a Friday night. However, the food was excellent.
