Everything went well at our brunch. We were cheerfully reseated upon request due to having a special needs child with us. Our server was training a new server, and they were both outstanding and attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding as always, and every order came out perfect. We will be returning!

I have a nut allergy, let my waitress know and there was still nuts on my entree. We also felt ignored our waitress would mainly tend to the tables surrounding us and checked on us once after taking our order. Aside from that the food and drinks were good.

This is probably my 5th or 6th trip to North Italia. This trip was for my Birthday lunch. I always order the Black Mussels, but for the 3rd time, they were OUT of Mussels. I voiced my displeasure and ordered something else, and stayed with my guest for lunch. There was no desert for my B-Day and I will NOT return to North Italia. Jim Cook

We were in Las Vegas Summerlin area to take care of some personal business (not the usual Vegas trip). We wanted to treat some helpful local friends to a nice dinner and were familiar with North Italia from their DC restaurant (which our son discovered at school and totally loves). First time using OpenTable and my 50-year-old brain screwed up the guest count but they got us in no problem (love this app BTW). Dinner was amazing! Shareable appetizers and fantastic entrees. Great friendly service. We spent a lot of time conversing but weren’t rushed and all drinks and food were prompt. We sat just inside but the front area is open and the outdoor seating looked really nice too. Though the restaurant was five years old our friends were so grateful for the new find for them. And they go to PF Changs across the parking lot frequently LOL

While we like North Italia, we were disappointed that their black squid tonnarelli with tiger shrimp contained tiny shrimp that were about 1/5 of the size you'd expect for tiger shrimp. Why substitute the shrimp and not inform the customer when they order it?

I wasn’t going to make a reservation but glad I did! The place was packed. It was Friday of Memorial Day weekend, though. Even the bar was crowded. This is a very pretty restaurant that serves good food at moderate prices. My friend and I shared one very tasty hand-crafted pizza. The restaurant has a full-menu, of course, but I tend to navigate towards the pizza.

Great lunch that began with the beets, which were so good! They were served with goat cheese that had a little horseradish, and honey. The asparagus was nicely done, too. The pizzas are delicious, and we had the short rib pasta at our waiter's suggestion and it was so good! We've always been pleased with whatever we've ordered, and the service is top notch. Thanks to Sam for the great wine recommendation, too!

Had reservations , place was less than half full, 4-5 hostesses , and we still had to wait for our table . Hostess were totally confused. Why not just pay for a qualified hostess and only have one, instead of 4-5 clueless hostess,servers were questionable but very polite, food awesome!!!

We have eaten at North many times. Last night we had the absolute worst waitress. She acted as if she were just bored to be there. We got there at 6:15 and finally finished dinner at 9....it was just slow and terrible

We have been to North many times for family celebrations, yesterday we had the worst service ever. First, there were no inside patrons when we arrived and we waited almost 30 minutes before an order was taken. Each process in the meal was lengthy, even waiting to pay. Both my daughter and I have worked in service industry, you never reach across the face of a patron to pick a plate up from the person sitting next to them. I could have taken a bite out of the servers arm. Ice spilt on table numerous time and once in the dinner bowl of my daughter while eating. The food and bread great as always.

Back again for the second time in 2 weeks. Very busy for Mother’s Day, as expected. Had an issue receiving our food but the server and another person communicated with us and made sure we were good. Wasn’t a big deal for us, we enjoyed our time here as usual. Food was still great when we got it.

Waited way too long for our food. Was cold and appetizers came out last. To small of a table to to place our food on and figured that we’re going to fall off the table. 45 minutes to get 2 glasses of Prosecco to be brought out with cold meatballs. Not happy for a Mothers Day treat .

From the greeting at the front door, to the service, to the food, everything was excellent! It was a crowded Mother’s Day but every employee there seemed cool and focused. Parking was awful but that’s because it was a holiday.

My husband and I went for brunch on Mother's Day. I got the blue crab benedict, which the poached egg was very well done, no run. The potatoes with it were good, as was the asparagus. My husband got the Tuscany hash, it was okay. The waitress did ask if I wanted to have mine taken back, but opted to just eat it, as I didn't want to wait, and then my husband to be done with his meal, waiting on me. All in all, I would go back and try something different, but it's not a go to place for me.

We celebrated mothers day a day early on Saturday. The experience at North Italia was absolutely FABULOUS. We sat outside, the weather was perfect. Our Server Derrek was one of the best servers ever. Energetic, kind, funny... He really made the occasion a time to remember. We will definitely be returning and asking to sit in Derrek's section again!
