Service was terrible. Had to ask 3 other random employees walking by for refills, boxes, and the check. All of the waiters hide outside and rudely walk in to check on you after someone else has to go find them.

We never got to experience the food. After being seated promptly and being waited on for drinks, our waiter never returned. He never brought the wine we ordered, or the bread that he offered. We watched him for over 10 minutes. He hustled, but appeared that he must be tipped based on how many plates he brought to any / all guests. He never even looked back towards us, and never saw us walk out after losing our patience and giving up. Not sure if it was a staffing problem, a problem with our specific waiter, or if it has a warped sense of motivating their staff by asking them to serve every other guest other than their actual table / section. Not sure if the food was any good or not, but we won’t ever go back to find out. We walked across the water, walked right into P.F. Chang’s and had dinner at a place that acted like they wanted our business. With this type of horrible focus on their guests, North Italia won’t make it long in The Woodlands. Advice: ask your wait staff to focus on their section only, and act like you want their business.

We were sat at the very back of the restaurant by the restrooms and were not offered a choice to sit outside. The interior/feel of the restaurant was nice although the seating was very close. Our server was non-existent. Our salads were good and the pricing fair but disappointed there was no complimentary bread and oils for the table. It was so loud it reminded us of a cafeteria. I am not sure if sitting outside would have made any difference.

So new chain Italian in the woodlands..this is not going to be your traditional Italian restaurant with the staple dishes..eg:chicken picatta..trasudaste dishes ..definitely more American style ..the brick oven pizza is good ..but not on Grimaldis level ..nice seen good drinks ..not your “I need Italian food “ go to.

It was a reduced menu for Valentines. So choices weren’t great if that’s their best. It was a 3 course for $65 a person. Appetizers were good. Main entree was very late being served, and their dessert was mediocre and was late getting that. The manager was going around to tables telling people after us that the kitchen was backed up. They took reservations, and it was a reduced menu. Had a hard time being understanding about the whole thing. Overly priced in my opinion. Got their at 5:12 for 5:15 reservation and left at 7:15 for two person reservation.

First time in, we went for a valentines lunch everything was fantastic. Had the mussels and spicy eggplant appetizers, eggplant was fantastic, we split the meatball pizza and was one of the top pizzas I’ve had in the area, tons of flavor and excellent crust. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time there. The place looked great and atmosphere was nice. I made a reservation and had to wait an extra 15 minutes while others were given a table that came after us. Service was not good at all. For the amount of money I paid for two people, service should have been a lot better. Food was okay, it wasn’t great. Sadly, I will not be going back here. Unfortunately, this wouldn’t be my first choice to go.
