We enjoyed a great meal at Nouveau Monde. They surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast as we had told them it was an anniversary celebration. The wine list was impressive - a 27 page digital listing of their wine cellar offerings as well as many choices by the glass. Service was most attentive, helpful and professional. Our party of five had the Salmon, Pork Chop (amazing and huge), excellent shrimp and grits, and the steak - all most delicious. It was a wonderful place for a special meal.

Our server didn’t seem to be the happiest or friendliest. We were catching up with old friends so very delayed in looking at menu so we quickly chose some apps just to keep things moving along. We were told “no”- chef likes entrees selected and ordered with apps.

Love this place for their innovative, fresh, inspired cuisine, and exceptional, professional, knowledgeable staff, including Walter (?) the Sommelier who always provides great suggestions for reasonably priced, delicious wines. Couldn't have asked for a nicer Mother's Day dinner on the porch! The grilled asparagus dish and pork chop were incredibly delicious!

Food was delicious but a bit pricey. Shrimp and Grits appetizer was absolutely devine. I just wish there was a bit more of the grits. Service was outstanding and loved the updated, upscale seating!

Four of us had a wonderful evening last night at Nouveau Monde. Cozy atmosphere, superb food and presentation, excellent service, nice wine list. House focaccia was a yummy starter along with the little gem avocado salad. Shrimp and grits was rich and luscious! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals; the pan roasted Scottish salmon melted in your mouth. The Duroc pork chop was delectable and the prime Angus NY Strip was delicious to the last bite! We all ended with the heavenly flourless chocolate truffle and espresso. Looking forward our next visit at this gastronomic haven.

Our second time here. We love sharing small plates and this restaurant offers us a variety of fabulous dishes - and offers entrees as well. Plenty of options for pescatarians like us. We loved the tuna tartare, crab cake, and a wonderful salad with smoked trout. Service is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wine selection was outstanding. However, a wine request from one in the party fell flat possibly from the noise level? Wine that was delivered was very good, just not what was requested. The bronzino filets were thin and overcooked. Three in the party had the shrimp and grits which was excellent. Other entrees were very good.

Excellent dining experience! Our server, Will, was very personable, accommodating and attentive. The food was cooked and presented with perfection. This is a great place for a date or special event. Tables are comfortably spaced between each other so seating is limited. I am looking forward to the next visit.

All was well except for our seating. We were far too close to two other parties...fewer than a 18-24 inches apart. Most of the tables had ample room for diners to enjoy their own conversations, but our table was was squashed between one other deuce and a four-seater. I heard the other conversations and had difficulty hearing my daughter. I would recommend removing that table to allow diners to have semblance of privacy.

By far the best meal we’ve had in a long time. The food was so delicious, the staff incredibly professional, friendly and polished, and they had several great white burgundies to pick from - our favorite wine. Will be back soon!

Amazing. Second visit here and they had a bottle of vegan wine waiting for me at my table. Chef made me a vegan meal, upon request. Service was impeccable. Food was amazing. Lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to return.

The wine list was incredible. The sommeliers made excellent recommendations. The food was average and the service was average. Our favorite part of the meal was the charcuterie board and the focaccia bread. We would consider returning to the bar to experiment with classes of wine and more charcuterie. My husband loved the ability to order a glass of Madeira and having so many to choose from. We love German Rieslings and the wine list did not disappoint!
