I do not want to pay the $50 they charged me for making this reservation. When I showed up at the restaurant was completely closed. They should figure this out with the platform and refund my money!

Open table took a non-refundable deposit for the reservation to be subtracted from the bill of $100. However when the bill came they had only subtracted $50. They made me show in my bank app and then the open table app that $100 was charged. If we had not noticed they would have over charged us. After they gave us a hard time - the manager never even came over to apologize for the inconvenience…. Really bad customer service.

Be of the worst sushi/fish experiences I have had and extremely over priced. We have its third try and that will be the last time we go - awful experience around all aspects. They should be ashamed to call it a sushi restaurant.

The owner decided to sit at our table. Pushing our reservation by over an hour and causing his poor employees to scramble to cover the seats that he selfishly took. Unprofessional and rude- don’t eat here. Many many people were frustrated by massive reservation delays, not just us.

The service was terrible. He got everything wrong. They also had charged our card from our Open Table reservation $50 & did not want to take it off bill. They told us it was an Open Table charge which was completely not true.

Very accommodating and great service. Food was delicious but a bit overpriced for what the offerings were. To be expected of the area. The restaurant staff could not have been nicer in accommodating a stroller and two dogs in their outdoor seating area.

We finally wanted to try this place since it opened las summer. We were so disappointed. The food was just mediocre...some, not even good! Our server was very nice but was very pushy when my husband ordered a bottle of Sake. Servers should not assume that a customer does not know what they are ordering when it comes to wine. My husband told her we like that type of Sake, then she apologized. The server also said to us that it is the best sushi (and fish) in the Hamptons when she asked us how we liked it and we said it was ok...I told her that was debatable. She smiled and backed off. All in all, she was smart enough to check in and smile and was nice. The rest of the staff and service was very good. Since the food was really not so good or amazing for the prices, we will never go back. This place does not hold a candle to Sen's food in Sag Harbor. This was the off season in February, so we can't imagine it being any better during the season.

Tough night all the way around. No bar tender -so no mixed drinks. Took 3 hours start to finish due to extremely slow food service. Waitress had a great attitude given just about everything went wrong. Ran out of shishito peppers…never told us until an hour after first ordered. Been here before with better results. Only reason for even rating is that some of the sushi was inedible. You simply could not chew it. When you cannot even eat the sashimi it is so tough at a high end sushi restaurant…something is wrong. Dropped over 1300.00 for party of five and it was an unforgettable experience….although I will try not ti remember it.
