Very disappointed since we were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary. Must have had a new chef . The appetizer (baked clams) were "wet" and tasteless. The egglant rollatini was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The shrimp scamp was horrible...the shrimps were cooked differently than usual (wet and limp), the scampi sauce was so egglike, yelllow, and dominating plate, and the linguini was lost in the shuffle!!! Waiter did not visit table to ask how the food was; we were so disappointed but the restaurant soon became so crowded that we ate what we could and left asap.

Two of us ate there,rice ball was ok salad was ok combo was the worst I ever had the mediteraian chicken wasnot what was described on menu.Both dishes looked like they were thrown on the plates. they also didn't except my long island radio station coupon. They said that they never signed up for the coupon they said somebody else must have signed them up.

I frequently visit sole mio with my fiancé & their food is the best! If you’re looking for a friendly ambiance with awesome, affordable Italian food, then look no further! The dining room is a little on the small side but it has never been an issue for us. We will definitely be back soon!

Most would not consider this a "fine dining" establishment because it appears to be a "pizza place", but don't be fooled. The food is outstanding! A great place for pre or post theatre lunch or dinner. Great variety and excellently prepared favorites as well as creative specials.

Even with a reservation there’s always a wait for a table. But it is well worth the wait! Service is great, food is excellent! It’s a small restaurant and a bit noisy, but a great atmosphere! We love Victor and also cater all our parties from here! We highly recommend!

Extremely noisy and tables crowed together. Food was average. I oedered Chicken Sole Mio. Chicken breast was on the dry side, broccoli was way undercooked and melted mozzarella was rubbery. My husband had ravioli which he said was average. A friend had chicken scarparelli which he enjoyed. On the plus side all of the staff were helpful and very pleasant. If you are leaving the movie theater and want a quick meal this place will do. But, for a “dining” experience, this is not the place.

Wonderful well mannered attentive staff. Third time being here and Eric was our server between shifts. Saw Tito as we were walking out. The man of many skills. Wife and I had the combination plate, exceptional. She went for the veal chicken cutlet with shrimp and eggplant rollatini. Choice of veggie or salad she went with broccoli olive oil and garlic. I went with meatball veal cutlet chicken cutlet with meatball with an order of penne pasta. Soup was for my wife minestrone and I had a salad. All good!!! See you soon!!!!

We went to the restaurant at the time reserved and the establishment was not open. I would have appreciated an email or text since they send plenty of those to remind you to get there. But not a word until this request for a review. Very bad form on their part.

Have been there twice. Lucky to have once again Tito serving us. What a pleasant, well mannered, knowledgeable server. I had the basil tomato soup with a large antipasto. Delicious from beginning g to end. Am looking forward to the next time.

I will never go to this restaurant again. The food was horrific. “Marinara” sauce for moderately warm mozzarella sticks was runny grocery store quality tomato sauce from a jar and both entrees were basically inedible (we each ate about a quarter of our meals before just giving up). Then we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the waiter to finish chatting so we could ask for our check. The waiter NEVER came to our table to ask how everything was or if we needed another drink. I wound up getting sick in the movie theater bathroom less than an hour later. All that for about $75. NEVER AGAIN.

Great food. Waiter was courteous but slow. Had someone singing so entertaining but loud. We were at a table right in front of singer so hard to talk. Chicken marsala was huge portions,tasty lots of mushrooms and pasta. Others shared medium pizza. Plenty to take home too. Great!

Great food, great service, they did not rush us at all. We were able to order our appetizers first then order our entree after the appetizers. Would definitely go back and would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

Was very surprised with this find. While in a strip mall/mall area, I walked in and they had a pretty good crowd for take out, or quick dining. Their pizzas looked thicker than what I would get, but their display cabinet gave a good idea of what they offer. I sat down in the dining area booth, and it was a bit slow at first, but I jinxed it and they then filled up about 5 other tables. I was impressed with the energy and friendliness of the staff. I ended up having the seafood pasta. Not only was I surprised by the portion size, with 12 mussels, 3 shrimp, 2 claims, and a lot of calamari....but the price of $15. The bread knots were also very nice to munch on til I was done. I got the chocolate outer crust cheese cake, as they didn't have many others available. It was okay. Very rich. Overall surprised and impressed!
