   Amazing New Year’s Eve dinner! Food quality was 100% - lobster with lemon risotto was to die for! Our server, Aimee, was excellent! I really recommend!

   Went for Christmas dinner. It was ok. Won’t do again for any set menu. We have been before and it was good. The vegetables were Luke warm at best and the squash was hard to even cut for me but but not for others. Wish I got the ribs as I had a taste, delish. The lamb. I wish I passed on.

   Enjoyed my Christmas Supper here . Only minor complaint I would have is that my soup wasn't very warm .... it was still delicious though; ) My server was Breanna & she was so pleasant , competent & I must compliment the team work of all the severs . Everyone was very attentive to my table . The food was delicious , I had the leg of lamb & I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food on my plate . I even had enough for a take out . I would & already have recommended the Kelowna Oak + Cru Social Kitchen to my friends . I was seated by the windows , no draft at all . My entire experience was very satisfying & I will be heading back next week for the Happy Hour 3/$20 special . Thank You all for the wonderful but unusual 2020 Christmas ! Happy New Year to you all .     We always enjoy the Oak and Cru's Happy Hour! The service is great, protocol totally covered but not frightening! The food is tasty and your 3 for $20 is just right for us retired oldies. We can enjoy the atmosphere, the water, people coming and going but, at a safe distance, a glass of wine (or two) and a beer. We feel like we've had a night out, and that is just so important to us in these scary times! This is our favorite place and we will be back! Thanks Oak and Cru!

    A most enjoyable location with a fabulous lakeview that provides a very nice ambience.Excellent service with personality pus was a bonus.The food as is the norm here was fresh,tasty and well presented.A very pleasing dining experience

    Service was awesome. I feel terrible that I didn’t get her name (brunette with her hair pulled back, owns a jeep, golfs), but she was friendly, professional, and very attentive. I believe it was the manager even that came over to quality check our food after the first few bites. Amazing gluten-free bread, too!

    I was shocked at the prices on the menu. Halibut $29.00 with 2 small pieces of Halibut, wow! For that price I can go to an expensive winery with a great view and get a better meal than that.

    Most of the food was ok with exception to the salmon which tasted like it came out of a box, not even edible, and the desert was disgusting also not edible, at $40-$50/ plate I had much higher expectations for this restaurant, I will not be be returning, service and the steaks were very good everything else not so much,

    We are becoming regulars at this happy hour! Great seating, great atmosphere, and the food was pretty good. I like the new 3 for $20, good value and we had choices. In these strange times it's great to see a staff going out of their way to follow the Covid protocol, while still maintaining an efficient, welcoming approach to the customers. We'll be back!!

    We live near by and decided to walk over for dinner. I had the beef tenderloin and it was cooked perfectly. My husbands also really enjoyed his dinner. It was a very nice evening.

    A most pleasant environment in which to enjoy a well prepared meal. The menu selection is appropriate for a 4-5 star Hotel and would suit most everyone. Food was excellent. Portion size, presentation, overall quality, and certainly taste was first rate. We chose to take a table on the patio which proved to be good use of a sunny Okanagan evening. Outdoor heating and blankets are available. COVID-19 policies including mandatory use of a mask until seated, pre-entry hand sanitizing, carefully "distanced" tables, specified "in" and "out" entryways and no cash payment were explained to us before we entered the premises and made us feel safe. Staff were all courteous and ensured our needs were met without being overly intrusive. We needed to use a wheelchair on this visit and found it quite easy to move around without bumping into anyone (or anything!) We'll certainly come back at the next opportunity .

    Dinner on the patio lovely evening, speaker was just above the table so music a bit loud and when I commented server was not concerned. Food was excellent, we did get served the wrong drink once and wrong appy but quickly rectified

    The happy hour prawn dish had 2 sad prawns for $10..the kitchen staff who served them had a "here you go suckers" look. The prosutto pizza had a reasonable crust but honestly was tasteless. This is pizza, not beef wellington..Gordon Ramsay would throw this pizza at the chef. Save your money and go elsewhere..

    Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. This restaurant is taking covid cautious to a new level so bring your mask and feel at ease. Food had by our party was pork chop, wings, burger, fish and chips and baked salmon without the bacon sprinkles. They were all excellent followed by creme brulee and chocolate crunch for desert. Service was top notch, ambience was great and us picky eaters will return. Thanks for a special evening and keeping your patrons safe.

    Our server, I wish I caught her name but she’s preggo with her first baby boy and is due in Dec was absolutely phenomenal! Being in the industry myself, servers like her just make the dining experience that more pleasurable. My friends pork chop wasn’t entirely cooked through but one of the service managers/managers came over within less than a minute and apologized about it and we appreciate that. Overall, my first time experience there I give it a 10/10. Host/Hostess were prompt with the Covid 19 rules and guidelines. Tables were very clean. Staff was great. Keep up the great work O&C.
