A fantastic meal and excellent service. We were surprised at the length of our evening (with a 7pm reservation for a party of 4 - we left after 9pm) but that was mostly due to a large party in the banqueting space. We'll be back!

We had a great time selecting craft cocktails with Truman. He took great care of us and the Halibut was the highlight of the meal. Avoid the potatos au gratin (I've had better) but overall the meal was great.

Such an amazing experience! We were visiting from GA hitting the bourbon trail. If you are on that trip too this place needs to be on your dinner list! The food is unbelievable! The flights are reasonable and you have SO much to choose from! Our server was so amazing, kind and knowledgeable it was wonderful. Payton at the front was so kind! Her co worker up there though ehhh not so much. All and all GO! Make sure you have a reservation!

I love OBC Kitchen. It is small and intimate and quite nice inside. It seemed like a lot of the customers were regulars so you can’t go wrong here. The food was great and it was easy to see that one very popular menu item is the bacon and peanut butter appetizer. It was on most of the tables around us and ours. Whoever is in charge of making the bacon must be very busy. The entrees were all delicious. And the cocktails were generous. We always go back!

I always enjoy a BGHG dining experience. However, I was not impressed this time. We had friends in from out of town and wanted them to experience OBC. We were promptly seated and then we waited about ten minutes before we even were acknowledged. Our waitress was very nice but I think she had too many tables to service. We finally received our appetizers and the bacon was cold, and our pimento cheese dip was also just barely warm. The food was good but my wagyu burger was cooked well done when I ordered it medium. I will say the balance of my party enjoyed their meals. I was not impressed Saturday like I typically am when I go to OBC. Unfortunately, I will think twice before I spend my money there.

This restaurant is beautiful! The bourbon selection is massive. As far as the food I don’t think I made the right choice. I paid $25 for an over cooked “Wagyu” burger. My first bite was pretty hard leading me to pulling a piece of bacon out of my mouth that had a bone attached. The burger was very crumbly. I tried my friends crab cake which was tasty. Maybe just don’t order the burger.

We visited to celebrate my husband's birthday. They were kind the service was excellent. They offered him a birthday desert, but he was too full. I definitely recommend them. We will be back.

Our party of three enjoyed two different salmon entrees and one halibut. All three were really very good, tasty warm and fresh. We also ordered two separate sides of Brussels Sprouts at $9 a serving. What a disappointment as they were served old and barely warm. We sent sent them back and a manager came to our table and apologized, said they would make it right and told us we would not be charged for these two sides. The bill came and we were charged anyway. That was a letdown. Overall the experience was good and we enjoyed the evening there, but the broken promise lingers in our memories. Our waiter was good and attentive. March 10, 2023

This place NEVER disappoints. Good cocktails, delicious food and quick and friendly service. Our server is so attentive and checks on us frequently. Everything on the menu sounds so delicious, that’s it’s hard to pick an entree! OBC is a must when in Lexington.

I scored it low because we made a reservation and it was accepted but we showed up and the restaurant was closed. I understand that there were high winds that evening. My issue is that they didn’t let anyone know?! We drove 30 minutes to have dinner and it was pitch black. They had our number, why not send a text telling us they had to close.
