I used to dine here on business years ago and while it was always on the higher end, pricing has now gotten absurd. They now charge $4 for bread and relish that used to be gratis. All entrees (no sides) are $60+. It's clear that they are banking on only business diners who don't care about/notice pricing as much. Food was mediocre.

Very cool vibes here! We requested & received a booth. Cozy for two. Oceanaire has a 40’s Frank Sinatra feel to it. Loved it and our server Tony was excellent! We will definitely return. Baked Alaska was delicious!!

In Minneapolis for a Telecommunications conference, took a client out to Oceanaire for dinner. The moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were treated exceptionally well, host, server, everyone. Gio, our server was quick to serve, had all the correct information to make a great decision on what to eat, appetizers and main course. Food was prepared perfected, my water glass was never empty, and our 85 minutes of business conversation flew by because of the way we were treated! I highly recommend Oceanaire Seafood Room to anyone, business, casual, romantic, et all. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Oceanaire for great evening.

We were seated in a booth, which made our experience more special. Very pleased with our server (John). He answered any questions we had. Once our food was served, he checked back to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. We could not have asked a better experience.

A great State High School Hockey meal with my boys. Our waitress was phenomenal then food far exceeded expectations. The lobster and crab Mac and cheese was so good I actually shed a tear when it was all gone.

The food was spectacular. Our server made the experience less than adequate. He was short, impatient, rude, and rushed us through the experience. Had the restaurant been full, his haste would have been more understandable; however the restaurant was half empty. We were celebrating my parents’ and son’s birthdays (80, 79, and 14 years) and have visited each year the last many years for this celebration. I was more than disappointed to spend this much money on an experience like this. This will definitely weigh into my decision for our birthday celebration next year.

Same great food and service! I started with oysters on half the shell, which were as fresh as I had had them in Seattle or New Wngland. For dinner, I had the same dish (Branzino), which unlike last time Farrah our server debonned table side. My wife had the same thing as well (Chilean Sea Bass). We were both delighted, and Farrah's service was impeccable.

Food was delicious. Service was great. We had dinner early (at 5pm) so even though it was Valentine’s Day the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food and drinks came out fast. We’ll be returning.

What a wonderful meal! We shared the seafood salad, plenty for sharing. My husband had the seared tuna. Which he loved, and I had the dynamite salmon, also superb. We finished with a French Silk baked Alaska, which was great. Our waiter, Justin was knowledgeable, personable and attentive.

My first time going and I can honestly say we will be back. Everything was great. From the food to the service. I originally had a reservation for 9 and had 2 additional guests unexpectedly and the restaurant was still able to accommodate us in a timely manner. 5 star treatment!

Food was fine, have not been there since COVID. Not sure it was really worth the price. Looking at past experience pictures, food portions were more expensive and smaller in size. Also you now have to pay for bread and vegetable plate which was quite disappointing. Will not be returning downtown to dine.

This is my favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. Everything was excellent starting when I walked in the door and was greeted warmly. Our waiter was attentive and very helpful. I would highly recommend Oceanaire to anyone who like high class dining.

Was able to take my daughter here in a date night and it couldn’t have gone better! The service from the time you walk in the door until the moment you leave is second to none! The entire staff is amazing (talk about teamwork!). The craft cocktails and food was amazing. Best seafood restaurant in Twin Cities hands down!
