Oceanaire is (or was) my favorite seafood establishment in the United States. I travel extensively for work and often have work dinners here. I also go out of my way to find Oceanaires when I travel to cities where I know one exists. I will never go back after tonight. I know every place has a bad night, but this was really bad. It was the day before Thanksgiving so maybe that played a role but - unfriendly and melancholy service, cold and rubbery tempura shrimp that tasted of oil and no flavor, ordered the hashbrown side but 45 mins later they came back and said "Sorry we are out. The chef didn't like how it came out of the package" (I didn't know hashbrowns came out of a package), the Dover sole was bland, and in a brown water sauce with raw almonds on top (not the typical brown butter sauce) and finally cold and soggy truffle fries. We could not get out of there fast enough. And there were only 3 other table with people so no excuse. F-

A filet mignon that is flat and overcooked. They made a new steak but this is really strange gor a restaurant like Oceanaire.

We are from Pittsburgh, PA and came to Orlando for a long weekend to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. We were treated so special. The service was amazing as well as the food and ambiance. The special touches that were done to make this day a very special day was appreciated more than you know. We will be back to eat here again when coming back to Orlando.

Service was extremely slow because all the waiters were focus on a lot of big tables (10-15 people ) most of them. We were seated in a corner where other (2) couples have to wait a lot for be served and for the food . Actually one of the couple leave without eating. I order for appetizer the Calamari and they were bad and greasy ! Very bad experience!

We decided to dine here for Magical Dining and brought some friends. Our server Alexa was wonderful. The food however was a disappointment. We did order from the Magical Dining menu filet mignon which I asked to be cooked medium well.. it was cooked well and was absolutely dry. It was more like a filet as well. We also added an enhancement of lobster macaroni and cheese. That was a complete fail. It was dry, bland, and the lobster tasted like it was imitation crab in a can. They did comp the Mac and cheese. Overall our bill was over $300 and was a complete waste. The section we were seated in was a dirty booth. I'm not sure if it was different since we ordered from the Magical Dining menu as far as the cuts of meat and food served. But other tables who did not order off the Magical Dining menu food looked incredible and there areas were clean. My husband used the restroom and said there was no toilet paper available at all. We ended up leaving after paying our bill and going to a restaurant next door. Very disappointed.

The service was very good. The presentation of each entire was excellent. The only piece of advice is that the waitress did not ask if she could add wine to my glass. This was a 2nd bottle of wine and she should know better than to just add to my glass since mine was from the first bottle

Amazing!! Perfect for a romantic dinner or a corporate dinner. The service is top notch! We went during magical dining month and it was worth every penny! They made our anniversary super special and we will return!

Bottom line, the food just wasn't good. I had grouper cheeks that sounded like they would be full of flavor. They were very bland, I don't think they have real chefs. It appears they may be line cooks promoted to chef positions. The watermelon salad should include more watermelon, the crabcake was cold....overall very disappointing. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great but you go to eat.

We celebrated a Birthday and ordered from the magical dining menu. Very pleasant staff. They gave a personal Bday menu, which was a very nice touch. Even validated parking. Food was fresh, hot, and very well seasoned.
