ODLA (SWEDISH) MEANS TO FARM, TO CULTIVATE, TO GROW.
We are a unique farm-direct restaurant offering a curated & delicious experience utilizing only the freshest seasonal ingredients and ethically raised meats. Our co-owners (Farm One Forty) grow pasture raised pork & grass-fed beef & lamb on their 140-acres of holistically managed land. Farmer and Chef stay in constant contact about what is growing on the farm in order to give you a menu bursting with life and flavour! We also sell our ethically raised meats, honey and produce in our market, which is attached to the restaurant.

    Highly recommend! Another excellent experience at Odla! The food, the drinks, the service - everything is absolutely fabulous. We’ve been lucky enough to eat at some pretty great spots and this is easily the best spot we’ve found in Saskatoon. Tonight we enjoyed excellent bao buns, steak frites, gluten free gnocchi, amazing brussel sprouts and for dessert a root beer float, rhubarb sorbet and chocolate mousse. Also enjoyed rhubarb lemonade, peach ice tea and whisky sours.

    We always enjoy Odla and the menu is always changing with the seasons. Our most recent meal was no exception. We did take the time to mention that we had just been there recently (May) and the kitchen team made sure there were only a couple of repeats from our previous visit when we ordered the prix-fixe, multi-course dinner. The whole meal was delicious, but notable highlights of our visit include the Brussels sprouts, the grilled zucchini, pork schnitzel and the shortbread-crusted Saskatoon pie. We were also introduced to a delicious sparkling rosé Lambrusco in the wine pairing which we will now seek out at the liquor store.

    New menu was great. Lots of smaller tapas items which we took advantage of. Had several dishes we shared. Food was excellent - especially the carrots.

    We did the 4 course tasting and we’re not disappointed. We were able to experience a variety of the offerings. The food was fresh and exceeded our expectations. Service was just as outstanding as the food. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends.

    My husband and I went to Odla to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary and we had the most lovely time. We ordered the four-course Chef's selection, and the food was so fresh and delicious. Our server was also incredibly knowledgeable and personable. We'll be back for sure, thanks, Odla!

    We came for our Anniversary supper before a 7 pm show. We had the 4 course chef's choice menu and the kitchen and our waiter coordinated perfectly to have each course ready and served with exquisite timing. We did not feel rushed on any course and we did not feel rushed for time. The highlights? The house made butter w honey, the whipped feta, the brussel sprouts, the ravioli and the Schnitzel were all fantastic! The "peach be with you" and the Rhubarb lemonade were delicious as well! A fantastic meal out to celebrate a meaningful date.
