First time visit. Decided to try out the Odessey. We will definately be back. It is well worth the drive from lincoln. The customer service is the best I have experienced at any restaurant. Every worker greeted us that we saw. Our waitress said hello like she knew us forever....and actually she saw us at a VB game earlier in the day and somehow remembered us. She super friendly, knowlegable about the menu, and very nice and helpful. The food was fantastic and i cant wait to go back and try additional menu items. My husband had the swordfish and i had the bacon wrapped filet with mushroom glaze and shredded brussel sprouts. For appetizer we tried the mozerella fried stuffed rissota which was delicious. We booked our reservation on open table about 10 min before we arrived. They had a small tabke set up with a happy anniversary sign which was sweet. We were celebrating our 35 anniversary and my birthday. Had a fantastic time.

Please bring back your original brussel sprouts! I was at the Odyssey on 9/15 and was very dissapointed. We were there again on 9/22 and I told our table not to order the sprouts as the recipe is flawed. Overall, the food is still very good, but the brussel sprouts need rediscovered!

Disappointed in the brussel sprouts. They were shredded instead of the wonderful halves they used to serve. Our server was wonderful! Atmosphere is great!

Had a delicious meal at Odyssey for our Anniversary. We had a very personable waitress who kept us hydrated, removed dirty dishes and checked on us often. Our only complaint was how slow the food came out of the kitchen. I know it is hard to get workers now a days so we put it down to that being the reason for the slowness of getting food. As for the food, my husbands Filet was cooked perfectly (with mashed potatoes & Brussel sprouts) yet I had the best dish, the 7oz wagyu zabuton steak (with gnocchi, sauteed mushrooms and spinach, broccolini, bleu cheese crumbles and red wine reduction). It is something I would order again. Thank you for a Delightful Evening

One can never go wrong ordering beef in Nebraska. It is exceptionally well prepared at The Odyssey. Friendly and attentive servers (but not too attentive). They’re able to recommend a good wine to complement your meal. Any dessert is fantastic!

As far as the ambiance and wait staff go it’s 5 stars all the way. Four stars for the food and the value. This may not matter to some but when you’re paying $40 for a Wagyu steak dinner you’d expect the meat to be very near perfect, mine was flavorful but there were more than a few areas of very stringy, chewy meat that I had to spit out. It is a 7 oz cut so for that I expect a near perfect piece of meat. I should’ve ordered a regular steak. The gnocchi, mushrooms and spinach were covered in a delicious sauce however after a few bites it was too rich, it needed some component that is a little sweeter to balance it out. They do not allow substitutions on any of their dishes which I do not disagree with but that being said the entrees need to be well balanced and near perfect in that case. We will definitely go back. The drinks are good and so are the appetizers. Our waitress was amazing.

Our food was absolutely delicious like always, our server was amazing and they even put a candle in our dessert for my birthday!!! Have nothing but amazing things to say about the Odyssey and recommend it to anyone!

As always, our dining experience with Odyssey was outstanding! We have dined at Odyssey MANY times now, and we have NEVER been disappointed. The food is amazingly delicious, and the service far surpasses anywhere else in Hastings…(other than maybe the Blue Fork, which is owned by the same people). We can ALWAYS count on an exceptional dining experience whenever we go to Odyssey. Thank you!!

Food, drinks and service have always been perfect. The mixologist always offer perfect wine and drink recommendations that pair with particular dishes. And Sara's staff is incredible on a very personal basis. Always professional. We are so very fortunate to have Oddyssey here in Hastings. Thank you, once again.

Went to celebrate a late birthday and the hostess had a sign for the birthday girl at the table which made the night special. Prices were very fair and the food is the best in the area.

Portions and flavor were very nice. Steak ordered medium well came medium rare..manager refused to accommodate my autistic son's request for an appetizer minus one ingredient, because it was "against the philosophy of their flavor profiles" and would hurt their reputation...? Confusing, as we were seating in isolated room at what called "the Chef's table" We never saw a chef, or received any different service...which was very nice, thanks to the great waitress..she did her best, but it was clear the manager valued her rules about those of good hospitality...which I evidently mistakingly believed was important to any business relying on it's customers for it's existence...Nice place to eat, if you don't mind the attitude "it's our way, or no way" My son went without dinner, after being totally embarrassed by the managers dissertation as to why he couldn't have an appetizer without large pepper chunks placed on top...?

The food was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had such a perfectly cooked and delicious salmon. The openness of the dining area made it a bit noisy, so conversation was somewhat hindered. The prices are really high, so this is not a restaurant we would visit often. But for a special occasion, it was worth it.
