   Ambience was great. The Channa Batura was not the best. The Batura was super oily and thick for some reason. The Veg Sizzling Platter was great, loved it.

   They have a combo meal for 60$ for two people. That’s a good deal. We had a Dahi Bhalla as well which was like real street style flavoured. Friendly staff and tasty food.

   Had a reservation that was booked here on Open Table. On the day of the reservation it was confirmed. When we arrived the restaurant was closed for a private event. The staff was confused as to how I got a reservation, as if it was impossible for me to have a reservation. To the management of the restaurant, if you’re going to use Open Table for your customers to make reservations, you need to keep on top and inform your customers if you cannot honour it.

   The customer service was horrible. The white girl working in an indian restaurant is shocking at first but her worse customer service is even more horrifying. If a person dont want to work they should go home!! Her audacity and cleverness to bring the card machine with automatically tip added to the bill was sad & disappointing ,she added tip for 16$ whereas she did not deserve anything . The store policy was 15% gratuity for 5 or more, i was on a business lunch with 4 people, i still don’t understand on what basis she felt she deserved 16$ tip. Never coming back and a waste of money. Was there for 4-5 hours, even then such bad customer service when we were the only customers for the period. Butter chicken was too sweet, romali roti was frozen which I believe they heated up in microwave and gave us. Malai chicken was too dry and not garnished . I would not be shocked if this restaurant closes soon as what happened to their predecessor.

    The ambiance is good. The food is average. Amritsari Fish Tikka was good. All Chaat items were bad - do not order
