The Stewart Family Proprietors' Dining Room is adjacent to our Wine Tasting Room and offers seating for up to 36 guests and a stand up event of up to 50 guests. This technically equipped facility is an exceptional venue for private, corporate, or family events as well as wine-related tours. The window surrounded dining room provides a spectacular view of the vineyard and Lake Okanagan. Guests can enjoy the late day breeze of Okanagan Lake from the terrace balcony off the private dining room. Other private function options are available as well. Our Quails' Gate wines, hand-crafted by wine maker Ross Baker, are available along with a choice of group menu options which reflect the fresh regional cuisine of our Winery Chef, Roger Sleiman.

The server was just perfect, attentive but not hovering. The ambience is always excellent and we weren’t disappointed. The food was excellent, although would love to see more vegetarian options. Old Vines is a favourite for any occasion .

We enjoy the Old Vines, and dine there fairly often, however feel that the menu needs an overall refresh. Also, items are somewhat over priced based on such small quantities. My meal was tasty but not very hot... and reheating a steak isn't an option when it's already cooked to the doneness originally requested.

Got a fabulous corner table by the windows overlooking great views, so it felt very private and intimate. Great service by Cara. We got a cheese platter to start, then the lamb shank and seafood pasta - absolutely delicious! It was such a nice evening.

The restaurant needs a chef. They recommended the rack of lamb special. I decided to order the lamb shank. They delivered 2 well done very tough lamb chops. I asked the waitress what this was as it was neither a rack nor a shank. I could accept a miscommunication but this was neither option. Amazing the waitress or the cook seemed to even know what a rack was- the special of the night. For a fine dining restaurant a chef has to have handle on what’s going on.

We went for my husband’s birthday. Service right from the greeting at the front door was friendly and professional. Our server was outstanding. Food was delicious and the ambiance is great. One of the best restaurants in the Okanagan. We had a wonderful evening.

Outstanding dinner, excellent service and amazing food. The presentation was on point with every course. The only issue I had was the Mexican style resort music which didn't match the atmosphere. It was also too loud which caused people to speak louder, this created a very annoying start but eventually the music changed to something softer and the room died down. Overall, I highly recommend if you're looking for food with a unique flavor and 5 star presentation.

Excellent service and beautiful views. Loved every bite of food that tasted every bit as good as it looked. I had the burratta salad as an appy and the seabass as a main and it was exceptional. Went early as it was the only time we could get a reso and watched the sunset as we ate our appys. We will be back!

Had a wonderful experience and will be coming back to try other dishes we didn’t get to this visit. Love getting to dress up and feel special. Wish there was a bid more of a dress code as there were lots of men in T-shirt and ball hats though.
