I was really looking forward to eating here after reading the positive reviews and hearing of this restaurant's popularity as evidenced by having to book two weeks in advance for an 8:30pm sitting in the middle of the week. I also liked the food at Ucellino's which had the same owners as Olia's. However, our table of three ordered 2 appetizers, 2 pasta dishes and one main dish, all of which i would likely not order again. I don't mind paying for quality, but none of our selected dishes stood out as fantastic. The food was good, and definitely not bad, but nothing out of this world delicious or unique. The ambience was good, but the service was unbearably slow. We had our appetizers approximately 45-55 minutes after sitting down, main dishes (2 pasta dishes and a main meal) followed another 40 minutes later and even dessert was served 20 minutes after ordering it. We were a late sitting and I don't think there was another sitting after us, but the server was clearing the dishes off our table as my husband finished his food. He literally had his fork in his hand as she cleared dishes from the table. Overall, I was disappointed by the experience and probably would not recommend this place to friends and family. I really wanted to like this place and am left wondering if it was just a bad night for the restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. Trendy but not pretentious. Very nice open space with excellent ambiance. The food was excellent, with interesting flavor profiles and reasonable portions. The service was excellent; friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to any potential allergies or preferences. Our server was well-versed in the wine menu and was able to recommend something to our tastes. This is a "fine dining" establishment so don't expect huge portions of comfort food, but within this category I think it was well worth my time and money. Will return.

Was not informed there was a time limit until we were kicked out of our table shortly after paying.

I was really looking forward to dining here as it takes quite some time to get a reservation. I was highly disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered the shrimp raviolini and it was fishy as can be and tasted sour. I left the restaurant starving after we spent over $500 dollars for a family of 4. If you want a good Italian meal, go to bianco! This place is disappointing
