We started with the burrata which was amazing. Creamy and delicious, toasted sesames made it perfect. Both my husband and I had the Wagu New York Strip with Hassleback potatoes. It was melt in your mouth !! Donuts for dessert is a must. All of the food was amazing, our server CARLOS made the night. Hats off to him for impeccable service.

The Veal was very thick, tough and not very tasty. The hairs we sat in weren’t comfortable as the cross bar on the back kept me from leaning back against it. Our waiter, Toshi was fantastic!!

We absolutely loved our service by Mounir ! He was absolutely professional and had exceptional customer service! He made our evening one to remember. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Olive and Hay thanks to our experience with him.

Had a reservation for 9:15am on a Friday; there was no one at the front to greet us (party of 2). We waited for about 5 minutes and then walked into the restaurant to look for the host. Another patron who was also waiting told us that the same thing happened to him the day before and he also went into the restaurant proper to find the host. To put all of the below in perspective, there were 3 servers, one host, and two bussers. Which is plenty of staff for the 7 tables that were occupied. Once we were seated it took 15 minutes for a server to come over and ask if we wanted any beverages. Once she came back with them we ordered avocado toast and french toast. Another waiter brought out the food, and then asked if we wanted syrup with the french toast which we said yes to. The server never came with it and we looked around and saw him taking another table's order. Once our normal server came back we told her that we requested syrup and that the other waiter said he would bring it to us; she just laughed and didn't apologize. At this point the french toast was cold. The blueberries on the toast were so under ripe that they were bitter and the bread itself was extremely dry - the syrup was a necessity to even be enjoyable. The salmon on the avocado toast seemed like it was on the verge of going bad and the toast was so crunchy that it cut the roof of my mouth. The servers didn't seem to care about their patrons at all and the host was in the back just standing around rather than at the front waiting for patrons. You can't see the front desk from within the restaurant so there is no way she could have known if there were people waiting. Who knows how many people came and left because there was no one there. If that's the case then they certainly lucked out because this was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have NEVER not left a tip, but I couldn't leave one. Not this time.

The lamb ragu was one of the best pasta (homemade) dishes that I have had in awhile. The wine list was reasonably priced. The service was very good. Understand that this was at lunch and it was slow. I would definitely return.

Amazing dinner - we started with the burrata and a glass of wine. For the main course, we had the roasted half chicken and the wagyu New York strip - both cooked to perfection. Dessert was mini donuts - filled with vanilla creme and generously doused in hazelnut chocolate syrup. We will definitely be back! And Wilbert, our server, was a gem - attentive and informative and just really nice.

This was our second meal at Olive & Hay while on vacation, staying at the Vino Bello Wyndham resort next door. Maître d’, Mounir, was delightful and welcoming. The service was outstanding and gracious, and the food was excellent. We loved the burrata, and our pizza and roast chicken dinners were excellent, too. I can also recommend the freshness and delightful seasonal flavors of the salads. Loved it!

Our service was great, very friendly and attentive. The food was ok, margarita pizza has a thin runny cheese, more like a sauce. We asked for the burger medium and it was more in the rare side. The salads are basic.

Our go-to breakfast spot in Napa - even when not staying at Meritage! It is a beautiful restaurant, the staff are wonderful and the food is outstanding. They have great coffee too. Many people appear to be enjoying their cocktails as well but not us. 😂 The power bowl is yummy as is the French toast with berries. Highly recommend.

The host was incredibly accommodating to everyone who walked in asking for last minute reservations and/or changes to existing reservations. The food was incredible—we highly recommend the black truffle pizza. The patio was nice and they turned on the fire pit when it got cold. The Maître d’ was friendly and spoke to all the tables.

We were staying at the Meritage resort, and so we decided to try the restaurant before going home. I’m glad we did. Everything was perfect, including the food and service. All of the ingredients were fresh and the wine selection went well with the food choices. My seafood linguine was a highlight of my meal. We will definitely come back if we get a chance to visit Napa in the future.

Whar a great place to celebrate Friendship and Success! Our Sommelier was very helpful guiding us through meal tonight with offering's of Sparkling wines to Chardonnay's and Pinto Noirs. Most the service was friendly minus a few staff members and waitresses. We had 830pm reservations and they closed at 9. We tried to call to move it up but no answer multiple times. Waitress came to table only a few times then told us they were closing at 9, basically rushing us to put food in at only the 2nd time she came to the table. Most the food was good however ordered the steak which was over cooked and had minimal seasoning - big let down for a $40 steak. Very loud overall and hectic, especially for a Sunday night. The experience would prob be much better with a earlier reservation, but not worth the price in my opinion, prob better to just go downtown Napa.

It's not what I expected for a special birthday dinner based on the reviews I had seen. It was also very loud due to the acoustics in the restaurant. The best part was the appetizer we had and dessert which was delicious.
