An experience we will never forget. The highest level of service, spectacular cuisine! Make sure to do the wine pairing because the sommelier, Jorge, made the evening with the joy he shares for his selections. Jorge customized our pairing and possibly had more fun than we did.

We had their newly created 8-course prix-fix meal, with pairing, and it was superb! The courses were well apportioned, so that you did not feel miserably full at the end of the meal. Compliments to our waiter, Brian, who was fantastic!

Had the most amazing experience at Olivea! The service was top notch, and each dish was truly incredible. Beautiful property/dining room, and highly recommend the tasting menu.

We were welcomed by the owner of the place, which started our experience in the best possible way. The place is very beautiful, with an ambiance worthy of Valle de Guadalupe, and the food was excellent. We will definitely return and will also take advantage of the hotel to stay there.

We had an amazing time at Olivea. They catered beautifully to our dietary restrictions (made a whole vegan tasting menu for 1!) and sat us on their gorgeous patio so we could bring our dog. The eggplant dishes were the standouts, along with the plum dessert. I know the menu is always changing so we are going to have to come back!
