Horrible service! I waited 20 mins after I was seated for someone to come over and cleanup. I asked four different people if someone can clean the mess and all stated someone will do it. Then another 10 mins before I was I even able to order. For the amount of people that come to that location service should be way better!!! Simple

The only thing great about this place was Jesica our waiter, she was amazing!!! The food had me feeling like an episode of kitchen nightmares was being filmed! We will try Burger King next time.

Service was terrible. Put our names in through the QR code and waited and waited. Checked with the host and showed him the check-in confirmation text on my phone but our names never showed up on the list! Server was not friendly nor attentive. Had to ask for napkins. She brought four for our party or five. SMH. Other than the chips and salsa, the entrees were forgettable. Took forever for our order to arrive. Thank goodness we had two hours to kill before our flight. I do not recommend this place but you really don’t have many options.

Waitress checked in multiple times throughout the meal even during busy hours. Food is a little overpriced for what you get but flavor is good. Margaritas are made strong so just one was plenty. Pretty loud atmosphere but overall great experience for an airport.

Service was terrible. Food was terrible. They lost the first reservation we put in after waiting an hour. So we put in another and had to wait another 45 min so I got the manager. There were so many tables open when they seated us. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth the wait.

never got served. used the QR code to get on the list. it said 4 minute wait. stood there for 15 minutes without anyone even looking towards the door. finally when someone came over, I asked how much longer it would be. she said 15 -20 more minutes. I told her the app said 4 minutes, and asked if it was just wrong. She said yes, and just continued doing whatever she was doing. no apology or anything. I had to leave and get some fast food by this point. terrible service.

The Hostest could not have been less kind. I watched repeatedly as she did not speak to a single person who came to the Hostest Stand, but gestured with an air of “you idiot” to a sign that said “scan this QR code. We don’t talk to people.” It was an idiotic system and one they didn’t even follow, letting other people go ahead.

Waited on the list for 3 hours. Restuarant closed right before we were called. Half of the tables were being used on a Friday evening…. And a third of the table being used were waiting to be bussed.

Service was terrible, we ended up walking out. There was nobody hosting, just a sign with a QR code to scan to join the waitlist. We joined and were 7th in line. After 20 minutes the line hadn't moved and nobody had come to the front to seat anybody. Finally a woman came to the front and took the sign down and then left without a word. After another 10 minutes she came back and explained that the automated waitlist wasn't working, then she led a bunch of us to tables. Finally we're seated, but the waiter comes by and accuses us of seating ourselves and reluctantly gives us menus. 10 minutes go by and she gives 4 tables around us water and chips and salsa but completely skips us. Then she goes and stands to the side on her phone. I had had it, so I stood up with my girlfriend and walked out. Forget this place, they don't deserve anybody's patronage.

Our server Frances was friendly, funny, and amazing. The check in process was smooth and way and we only had to wait 10 minutes. Frances made sure we made our flight and had our last round Id drinks to our table in time and with a smile.

My family and I were in the waitlist for an hour then come to realize that the restaurant closed while we were still waiting for a table. I wouldn't come here again... We needed up not being able to get food anywhere because everything closed after that.

I waited 30 mins for a table. When table was ready I led to a table in the rear where two employees were arguing about the server not having tables. “I’ll take video now to show them you have tables now” said employee number 1 to the server as she videoed me sitting at the table. The server then seemed to have a pretty bad attitude after that encounter. When I was finally seated it was pretty close to boarding time so I told the server I would order my food to go. She then told me to go out and get in the “to go” line which would have been at least another 20 minutes. I was very disappointed in my experience here.

The hostess wasn’t very inviting and was semi helpful. The sever who wasn’t at my table was complaining openly where I could hear. The food was just ok. The Bloody Mary was delicious. The experience was just ok.

The worst customer service. Young lady by the name Vannya served us(thanks to the name tag). No introduction just what do you want. Once our orders were placed she comes back over to say one of the items they didn’t have along with a few other items she list. She states she will bring a menu over so I can figure out other options. She goes to about 4 other tables before returning to us, and states “did you pick something” I reply no still waiting on the menu. A bit confused after our food arrives she doesn’t come back to check on us and by times she does we want the check because we are in disbelief of the service.
