I was hoping to surprise my girlfriend with a beautiful brunch to celebrate our third anniversary. The service was quite good but I was disappointed in the food. With the bill totaling over $200 for the two of us (without add-ons), The "hot' food was anything but. It was warm at best.. everything seemed fresh but nothing was exceptional and as I said, with The cost associated with a meal like that I would have expected much higher quality of food.

The food service was typical Four Seasons Buffet -good, but nothing to rave about. T he service was totally lacking and did not meet minimal FS standards, especially as the guests do most of their own work with buffet. Check backs not done, server is attentive, coffee was luck warm; table was not cleared.... Ambiance OK, bur again nothing that was a "wow." Disappointing for special event. Manager did check in dur to issue. Was appropriately attentive to issue...no big deal.

It was our first time to have Brunch at One +one and was simply a fantastic experience. From the simply and elegant decor , to an amazing taste journey we couldn’t ask for more ! Service impeccable , Ma the lady server from Thailand amazing , funny energetic and sense of humor , very attentive with my family especially my daughter Sofia , also Tatiana the manager she came and very nice offer some wonderful color books for Sofia to have as memories. Overall very pleasant experience and definetly we wil comeback . Thanks again for the wonderful experience you provide and we look forward to see you again !

Tatiana Manager and all the servers were so professional and friendly. Omlette chef very talented. The best brunch ever with raw bar! lobster tails, lobster salad, oysters, shrimp! and special omlette crab with asparagus superb! Went early morning for breakfast during the workweek @9am. Would suggest for a solid formal option that has great service and a pretty room. Not many people but was the perfect place to catch up with friends, didn’t feel rushed and had buffet and menu option.

Bad experience, completely ruined our new year day. Overall service was not great (although there are a few hard working staffs but the rest of them are not well trained), food is average with potential food safety concerns. Would not recommend to anyone.

They may have been very understaffed. It's hard to know what went wrong. But the all you can eat buffet was minimal. It was mostly desserts - with about 5 small bowls of salad and some bagels and lox. It was overpriced. Service was not good either, though, again, they may have been understaffed.

Disappointing. The space is lovely and the food is beautifully presented, but the buffet is hardly bountiful. You have a choice of one entree and then the buffet. There are no hot items on the buffet like bacon, sausages or potatoes No cereals or oatmeal. No juices. And I didn't realize this was a pj brunch. A group were in their holiday pajamas, including a man with an undershirt on, and a woman in slippers. I thought the Four Seasons had standards. And another couple brought in their own coffee. If I had known that was allowed I would have brought my own soda from home! Not easy to find the restaurant either. I felt like I went through a maze to get there.

The restaurant is okay, but we found the brunch menu to really be breakfast heavy. It was also not the menu listed online which was a disappointment (no burger or short-rib hash?!?!). The accompanying buffet was underwhelming and nobody in our party opted to include this. We also found the tables to be very tight. We tried this as an alternative to Oak Long Bar, and I would say we all preferred Oak Long Bar’s menu and ambience.

I am a loyal customer of the Four Seasons Hotel ( You can check out my name). The room is well set up for a small Space. Our greeting staff and our server were close to what is expected for a Four Seasons staff. The beautiful tables at the One+ One were gorgeous but by the end of our meal, it had all the stains, and crumbs in doubles because of its beautiful shine and reflection, which made this brunch “Experience” dirty and sticky. Not to mention that when we were first seated, the rug under our table and chair had not been cleaned and the food crumbs from the prior guests were left under our table and chair The eggs were well prepared. As for the items on display at the brunch , the best part of it all was the display ! the green salad was empty w no replenishment, the staff preparing the oats pudding etc were buzzing behind the counter ( not necessary view and sound) the cakes were good if you get to cut it softly but most of them were dry from sitting out for a lengthy period of time. Not all had labels , so we had a guessing game in place. As we were leaving, we witnessed an alarming food handling. A staff was taking the individually prepared cakes/ macaron with her bare hands! No gloves no tongs used!! Unacceptable. We left disappointed. To top it all, we wanted to check Trifecta on the way out, so we kindly asked the hostess of the Trifecta if we could see the area, although she had seen us looking around and instead of coming over to ask us if we needed anything, she kinda gave us an interested look never bothered leaving her podium ! Not the Four Seasons we are accustomed to. Very disappointed with the “Experience”

Went to the One + One cafe yesterday to celebrate going full time with my photography business I put it in the reservation notes that we were celebrating the occasion and we had made the reservation too early for the brunch experience which I was supper bummed about because that is why we went but the server that we had went above and beyond and gave us pastries and I just felt really celebrated❤️ I can’t wait to go back. The environment was wonderful. The staff was really friendly and kind. Food was delicious. Overall I would say one of the best dinning experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you for everything ❤️

We decided to have brunch at One + One for our anniversary. It was delicious. However, I didn’t think it was $89 per person delicious. We had the choice of coffee or a glass of rosé, not both. It seemed a bit pricy all around. I guess it’s because of the location.

Unfortunately, it was not closely as good as expected. The service is not a service of a restaurant in a four seasons hotel. I do have comparisons to other four seasons hotel-restaurants and this one was really not even close to it. The waiter either didn't come or put the check on the table while we were actively eating with full plates, even without asking whether we'd like anything else to drink. That creates an atmosphere of not being welcome. Furthermore, when I booked a table, I booked it for a special occasion and with a request to sit next to a window, if possible. We were brought to a fully random table, not next to the window. When we asked, whether a table next to a window was possible, it was not a problem. But I really wonder, why do the waitresses not read the requests, as it apparently was possible because the room was nearly empty at that time. That is not an appropriate service for such a restaurant. We had the French Reviera Brunch - The food was okay but also far away from being good, excellent or overwhelming. The fruits in the glasses were often (in 50%) not fresh anymore. The dining room was nice but not worth the money taken the bad service and just ok food. Summary: Really disappointing.

This place is fantastic- above all else the personal service and atmosphere that follows. The team (shout out to Noelle)- was so kind and attentive. I've eaten here both as a hotel guest and just to the restaurant and just really appreciate how as a hotel guest, after a day they knew my name, my food preferences. Coffee was good, hot & promptly refilled and everything we ate was cooked to perfection and delicious. Good hotel breakfasts are surprisingly hard to find, this one sets the bar.

French Riviera Brunch experience gave us a perfect atmosphere to celebrate a birthday. The room is quiet and elegant with lots of natural light and beautiful decor. The host and service personnel were personal and very professional with a friendliness that made us feel especially comfortable. The buffet was a nice introduction into the brunch cuisine of France. Lots of veggies and croissants. We really like the croissants! The fruit cup was nice and we really appreciated the special fruit platter bought to our table to celebrate. The buffet included a delicious entree, we both had the lobster omelette with asparagus and tomatoes on the side. Light, fluffy and full of decadent lobster pieces. Our wine spritzers were garnished with beautiful flowers. Deserts were delicate and tasty, especially the chocolate molten cake with the cherry surprise. Well worth the price for celebrating a special occasion.
