One Fine Food
Excellent value and service. The pizza was great. Would recommend this restaurant anytime.
Nice ambience for Peterborough...nice decor, music, setting.
Pizza was completely different from last time...crispy and greasy like Pizza Hut but for twice the money. They have a beautiful pizza oven from Italy but not a pizza chef who knows how to use it.
The gorgonzola pizza was the best pizza I have ever tasted, absolutely amazing. I have been craving another ever since we had it. Will be going back again for sure (either for pickup or eat in).
Our server Sheena is one of the best server we have ever had anywhere! The food was delicious as always.
We had just driven in from Toronto where we stayed at The Hazelton and ate their restaurant One which was not good at all.
We highly recommend One Fine Food for every meal from Brunch to Dinner.
There should be a vegetarian pasta option beside risotto. Having said that my daughter had the ravioli minus the speck and it was delicious. Great pizza as always and super friendly servers.
We had brunch here today and it was excellent our server Katherine was great as always and very accommodating in getting our eggs Benedict as we wanted. We had such a nice meal we went back after our errands for dinner.
Another fine meal with best service staff!
The food was delicious and service great!
Great pizza. Yummmmm
Love this restaurant - for the first time the kitchen seemed a bit slow, but great wait staff. The food is always fabulous.
Overall a very good experience. My husband and I were very happy to discover this restaurant while searching Peterborough restaurants on Google. Normally we venture to the city for our dining excursions but were thrilled to find a restaurant with local ingredients attached to a market and cafe.
The lighting is a bit too much like a cafeteria and I would suggest dimming it and adding some candles on the tables for the evening. The menu is lovely with wonderful gluten free options, homemade pizza, beautiful appetizers and a variety of mains and desserts.
My husband had the scallop to begin and I had the Burrata caprese. Both dishes didn't disappoint and were well plated and balanced in flavour. For our mains ordered a lovely seafood soup similair to a bouillabaisse and my partner a pizza. he absolutely raved about the pizza. My main was good with the seafood cooked perfectly yet the dish was a bit off balance with nothing to counter the acidic nature of the tomato and charred lemon.
Disappointments? The staff need to be taught high end service but are quite friendly and attentive ( little things like bringing sparkling water and leaving it on the table without opening it or pouring it ).
Biggest disappointment was being told that I could not order half of the dessert menu as the " kitchen was now closed". Would have been nice to been given a head's up or my preference ... kitchen has dessert available until the last table has ordered.
All in all a welcome addition to Peterborough and we will be back!
First time at One Fine Food. We had a great time together with our friends. Jessica is a sweetheart. Very nice ambassador for One Fine Food. We look forward to be back again:)
Yes but definitely not the pasta. We got 7 pieces of ravioli for $ 21 dollars. That’s $ 3 dollars per raviolli. Yikes! Although they decorated with olive oil and walnuts. I would say they used about 1 teaspoon of shaved walnut.
The pizza is always great here.
One Fine Food has exceeded my expectations for the second time. The food is spectacular and the portion size is spot on. I have recommended this establishment to anyone who will listen to me. Fantastic!!!!!
We come here often for the fresh and innovative food, reasonably priced wine selections and casual approach.
OFF is consistently a top choice in the Peterborough dining scene.
Food had no taste and was overpriced Selection lacking Service not good
While the food was great - we didn’t enjoy the service. We felt like the waitress was rushing us to get out. We were rushed to make a decision on our order essentially as soon as we sat down. We weren’t given much time - if any- to enjoy our drinks before our food had arrived. Our plates and table was cleared immediately as we took our last bites. Our entire dinner was under an hour, we didn’t even have time to finish our drinks before we were done with the evening. Overall, the food was good, but I’m not sure I’d return given the rushed atmosphere.
Food was very good and fast, however, we were there early and beat the rush. Be careful what you order as food is expensive.
Delicious as usual!
This is the second time we have eaten at your establishment. This time however the food was not that exciting. The pasta was rather bland and the amount of beef cheeks was slim. The steak that was had was over cooked. The spaghetti dish also lacked a punch ..... a spice to give it a lift was definitely needed.
Desserts were ok, some originality was evident in presentation.
Food was excellent, service was very good
Love it here. The food is amazing. I always leave happy. One of my fave places in Peterborough.
Delicious as usual!
The food is fresh and delicious, with unusual menu items guaranteed to delight and satisfy. It feels like an upscale dining experience at a downtown price. I would highly recommend both the restaurant and the market.
We were so impressed by the quality of the food and our server was absolutely lovely. My parents loved their food so much that they went back the next day to purchase what we had for dinner to make it home again!
It's okay. Prices are high for what you get in Peterborough. I only got two small lamb chops for $36 and a tiny bit of side greens. The room is very noisy as there is no sound insulation - concrete floors and glass walls. It feels like sitting in a garage. However, the server was very nice and attentive without being intrusive.
We came to celebrate my daughter’s convocation. We wanted this to be a meal to remember, and it definitely was!
I wanted to take my boyfriend for a nice dinner while I was in town visiting and heard great things about this restaurant. I was not disappointed. I haven’t had food, or service, this good in a really long time. We had the charcuterie board, extra flatbread, pizza, and cannolis. I would highly recommend these dishes to anyone. Our waitress, Valentina, was extremely friendly and on top of things. I am so glad we decided to try this restaurant and I will be back again.
Brand new menu. Previous visits much better. They gave me a discount when I told them their salad and antipasto platter were underwhelming.
As usual One Fine Food didn't disappoint! Great food (best in its style in the whole area). But what truly makes the difference is the service we receive each time, the smiley and efficient services makes it all. This time, Valentina was providing with our table service and she was fantastic to say the least. Thanks to everyones from the kitchen to the front desk and see you soon.
Went for their special Spanish Tapas night and it was wonderful! Amazing music, amazing food :)
Reliable and yummy. Also a decent place to meet clients.
Lovely experience with very attentive, intelligent and friendly service. Nice ambience and great food.
Love the freshness of the food and the commitment to locally sourced food. Impressive wine list!
Loved the Gorgonzola pizza, Pera salad, oh and the steaks....beautifully RARE!!!
A little surprised when my entree arrived. A frittata with grilled zucchini. I did not see any grilled zucchini. For $14.00 I expected my frittata to be bigger than my ‘side’
The side salad was tasty, but was the main attraction on my plate.
I will be back thoug
Fabulous dinner. First time there. Really great options for gluten free diner. Service was great. Will definitely return
Our first dining experience at One Fine Food was very enjoyable. The service and food were top
notch and we appreciated the ambiance. We'll be back!
Went in for a Friday lunch. What a surprise!!!! The space is lovely on the inside, and was busy for a weekday lunch. We had a reservation and were seated promptly and the staff were knowledgeable, attentive and fun. My friend and I split the calamari, perra salad, and della terra pizza. Everything was delicious - the calamari was crispy, the salad fresh, and the pizza crust and toppings were amazing! Enjoyed two Prosecco cocktails which were lovely and my friend appreciated the Chianti they recommended with our dishes. The whole spot is licensed so we were thrilled to take our bevies to the market side and do some specialty food shopping. A completely unexpected and truly delightful experience from top to toe!
Food was delicious and waiter was great
Love the Pizza!
Service was fast. Our server was great, offering suggestions and very attentive in just the right amount. We were having a meeting and she was perfect in the amount of time she showed up. The Food was good
