   Having never been to OPA Bath before we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was unusual and very comfortable. Keep up the good work.

   Visited from London. Table booked was placed in the bar area , however the stools are not comfortable for eating . However the ambiance is entrapping. We asked to move to a normal table and it seemed like the end of the world, however we were accommodated. We were placed outside where we overlooked the river. The outside was decorated and overhead heating provided , due to the low ceiling the heater when turned on instantly overheated whoever was underneath , I’d defo recommend floor heaters or blankets. The view was lovely except the gate/door was rather dirty as was the floor, so a good jet-wash down and perhaps more plants to cover the steel gates. We had a a trainee waitress and experienced both wonderfully friendly. We ordered what I seemed the whole menu and was able to use another unoccupied table for food .. there was a gentleman who brought the food out, his attitude wasn’t too pleasing but it was rather busy inside so no doubt was stressed out. The food was outstanding , every single dish was sheer perfection , the temperature to the presentation. Just outstanding! Faultless! And if visiting bath again this will be our go too!! We consumed a lot of food and was worth every penny! The toilets were very alluring and a great photo opportunity, however the toilets flush was weak so the toilet paper sat there for the next person and so on. The host perhaps the owner who greeted us and accommodated our move was very welcoming and friendly. Overall this is worth a visit for the food and the Greek style ambiance.

   7 of us visited Opa for a Hen do. We had the Gold package which included champagne before and after the meal, plus a champagne cocktail and we were seated in the VIP booth which was fab. The food was great, but was served far too quickly - we had finished our meal in 50 mins. Greek dancing and plate smashing were included in the package, but, although fun, was also over very quickly. I had hoped for a lot more. The lady serving us was very friendly and the service was good. Overall it was a little disappointing, saved by the quality of the food.

   Absolutely loved the place! Felt as though we were on holiday in Greece. My mains order was initially incorrect but that was dealt with efficiently - the waitress was absolutely lovely fair play. Couldn't fault the food, but unfortunately we were too full to manage a dessert!

   Great atmosphere in the cellars of a grand building in central Bath. Large Miriam’s on the vaulted walls showing scenes from Greece. Great service. Friendly knowledgeable team. Extensive Greek menu. We had the Mezze Plenty of food. Well presented. Cocktails 2 for 1 worth knowing.

    A group of 6 went to Opa for New Years and really enjoyed it! Each couple ordered the set Meze menu which was fantastic. Really tasty and varied food. We also thought the service was great. The restaurant decor is lovely. The bar side of the restaurant had music from around 10pm with disco lights for New Years. Reasonable prices as well. Would recommend!

    Love this place, visited twice this year, travelling from the Midlands. Excellent authentic Greek food, attentive staff, very ambient setting (bar area) and then from 10am after a romantic meal the venue turns into a nightclub suitable for all ages. Lovely outdoor area too.

    The starters were ok. But the mains weren’t good! My lamb shank came and was cold on one side and barely warm on the other. They did change it for another which was obviously just out of the microwave as it was steaming hot. But parts of the mash were raw and hard lumps. They did comp me 50% of the lamb. But it was obviously microwave food. My partners moussaka want great either.

    Food was tasty and good value. Had the meat platter with a Greek salad which was plenty. The pork skewers did get a bit chewy towards the end . Friendly service but venue was cold towards the end of our meal.

    Lovely setting inside the restaurant which was unexpected. The quality of food was very good. The starter arrived promptly but there was a longer than expected wait of 25-30 minutes for the main course after finishing the starter, having said that it was hot and tasty. The serving staff were very polite. I would go again. In the summer months they have a lovely riverside seating area.

    Food was great - fresh and delicious. Service on a very busy Friday night even at 5.30 was swift and attentive. Lovely to see whole families made welcome. Good value. Although I was a single diner I was made to feel comfortable. Will definitely be going again.

    - Not able to provide gluten free options despite booking notes and two calls made where they promised they can. Partner was very unwell. - Bland food, restaurant lacks atmosphere and staff totally indifferent. - Dirty toilets, excrement on floor in gents. Staff just left it after being told. If you have a food allergy can I suggest you play Russian Roulette rather than eat here. Potentially the same outcome but far cleaner if you play it at home. Avoid

    We live in Devon but if we visit Bath we always go to Opa!! It's the best place to eat for the surroundings, ambiance & atmosphere. The staff work tirelessly to give you a warm welcome & enjoyable experience & I haven't even mentioned the authentic food which is divine. My daughter has travelled lots but claims Opa has served the best food she's ever tasted!
