   It was very nice Restaurant and delicious food, but I have to complain about the customer service. It’s so bad. It was with outcome last night for dinner. I do all my order front of the customer service about Shisha food drinks even my Water. So I give her a note to bring me two bottles of water because I am that time so so much need Water but she don’t care about what I say and she not come back I see her around and I stand and I go to her to other side. I told her it’s where is my Water. I told you I need the water before 20 minutes or before that more that so. Even that she don’t care and she not come back to until 1520 minutes so the other one girl come in and she helped me about Water and she bring the food also there is another plate coming in late after I’m done all my food Other way, everything it’s perfect, but you have to ship up to the customer service how they connect with the customer around inside Thank you and good luck

   I had the BEST time at Opal Palace yesterday for my birthday! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The vibe was so much fun — we couldn’t stop dancing and laughing. The singers were absolutely incredible and really made the night unforgettable. A big shoutout to Dana who was so helpful and attentive the entire time — she made everything even more special. The manager was incredibly nice, and honestly, the whole team was so welcoming and professional. You can really tell they care about making sure everyone has a great time. It was the perfect birthday celebration. Thank you, Opal Palace! Definitely coming back again!

   Went during Eid and the place was totally out of control no one to talk to or get you a seat, kids were running around the tables and no one seemed to care! Left the place and definitely won’t be back.

   The food taste was bad and the quality was very poor we also found a hair in the salad. The service was very poor and the staff were not experienced at all. We had to ask for the bill 3 times and after a long wait the amount was wrong and was for a different table. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant and will not go back

   The food was absolutely amazing—very delicious! On behalf of my family and me, I would like to sincerely thank Zara for her exceptional service, kindness and warm hospitality. I have just a few suggestions for improvement: •The dates should be served before the Adhan, we received them afterward. •The prayer room was fully occupied and the space for prayers was quite limited. •By the time it was my turn, the lamb had already run out and there was no refill available. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

   Had an amazing time at Opal Palace! The ambiance is stunning, elegant yet cozy, making it perfect for a special night out. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was packed with flavor, and you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Opal House specials are definitely worth trying! The drinks were also spot on, and the desserts were the perfect sweet ending to our meal. What really stood out was the service—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a place with great food, a beautiful setting, and excellent service, Opal Palace is a must-visit! Can’t wait to come back.

   Good and ambiance is very good. Need to increase the food qty a little bit in the main dishes. Service is not that good but not bad, seems waiters are young and still learning Overall, love the place and will definitely go again

    When we ordered food, the server did not ask one time if it was ok. Everyone else was nice, except our server. my stepson ordered chicken milanese and it was thin , dry chicken cutlet, no lemon. lastly, he ordered ice cream and it had a hair in it, but he didn’t tell me until we left cause he is young
