   Restaurant was almost empty but it was Good Friday and it is a new place. Our family was a group of 7 and enjoyed having most of the space to ourselves. Food was good (quality and portion size). However, it went downhill from there. We were the only table in our section and were celebrating a milestone birthday. No acknowledgement of the birthday even though it was mentioned in the reservation and again when we arrived. We asked to change the station to the NBA playoffs on one of the 2 TVs (a junior hockey game was on one and a fishing show on the other). As no one else was in the section, we were the only table who could even see these TVs. Waitress at first dismissed us and then reluctantly said she would check with the manager. Came back 15 minutes later and said the 'manager said no'. No reason, just no. If I am the manager in a new restaurant and it is empty why not come by and say hi to your guests, especially if one is celebrating a birthday and they have just made a small request that would mean a lot and you are choosing to say no . This was for my visit was it was for my son's 18th birthday and he is a huge basketball fan. Hugely disappointing. Will not be going back and will not recommend to anyone.

   Clearly you don't go there for the small list of beers they have or the tasteless food. But the ambiance is nice and the music is good (even if it's a little bit too loud).
