My wife can only have gluten free. Online there was lots of options, but disappointed that the server came back twice, saying there was only one option. My food was great, and my two friends were fine. I was OK with the service, but my two discriminating friends were not, saying there seemed to be little to no communication between server staff and kitchen, so new things came out at the wrong time, and before old things were cleared away. I didn't notice, however, and everything was OK for me.

Came with my mom for lunch and shared several dishes: arancini, artichoke, burrata salad, mushroom pizza, tiramisu. Food, wine, and service were all excellent. The classic tiramisu was very nutmeg-y, which I enjoyed but might be overpowering for some. Great spot for meeting friends or clients.

Very interesting brunch menu. Food was tasty. Unfortunately, they served one of our meals to the wrong table. Last meal arrived after the rest of party was done eating. No compensation on bill. Could have been handled better.

Daniel was amazing, he was consistent in checking in with us to ensure that we were okay and answered all our questions. He knew what to recommend and took accountability when the kitchen had messed up on the order. He is an example of a great employee providing excellent customer service skills.

From the first interaction I had with the hostess -Stephanie, to the last interaction I shared with the bartender -Gabriel, Oretta really surprised us with their dining experience. The food was amazingly tasteful. Our server -Isabel was so nice and patient with us as we decided on our orders. She even recommended some options for us to try and those too turned out amazing. I recommend trying their Tiramisu Espresso Martini. That drink was lit! The high ceilings also provided such an ambience to the restaurant that took us by surprise too. We enjoyed our overall experience and we just might be back there again. Whoop Whoop!

Amazing experience my wife always wanted to come and try your restaurant, I surprised her with a wedding proposal to renew our wedding vows and the waitresses, were amazing to help us with that, and went above and beyond to make it a special evening for us and for my wife. - I appreciate everything and we’ll definitely be back Can’t remember the waitresses names - I think it was Leah and Chrissy. they were amazing!!

The server was great!! She ensured we have a great experience during our time. The food on the other hand was average. We had 3 people order TAGLIATA DI MANZO with medium rare steak. The steak was not the best -- it was not seasoned well, not juicy, no char. Tiramisu tasted really great though!

My pizza (that apparently couldn’t be modified because happy hour items are pre-prepared) took 45 mins to come out, after my friend finished her entire meal. Arrancini was dry, no sauce with it either. Chilli oil was just oil.

Our server was great, polite and accommodating. We sat on the patio which was nice but very loud. We were sat beside a table of ladies who talked extremely loudly and mixed with the traffic nearby made it worse. The food was so-so. Not terrible but just ok, I wouldn’t eat there again.

Food was delicious and the servers were nice, but should have checked in more often. We waited way too long for one of the meals which I think was probably forgotten. Could have been an honest mistake but in a situation like that, you admit it and make it up to the customer somehow. Still a delicious experience just a little disappointed with how the customer experience was handled.

Amazing service! We were there for the brunch bottomless mimosas and they wouldn’t stop topping up our glasses - love it! The only miss was the focaccia bread that came with the truffle eggs. The bread was burnt and very hard to chew. The eggs tasted yummy and had the perfect amount of truffle. Overall the food portion was deff on the smaller side given the price. Overall, still a great vibe and value for bottomless mimosas. I’d come back again to try out other items on the menu for brunch

Our server Johnathan was fantastic, charming and funny. It was nice that restaurant accommodated us earlier than the reservation. We knew the place was busy and service was going to be a bit slow. Lisa and I had so much regardless of that. Lovely place, I hadn’t been here since before the pandemic so it was great.

My friend and I visited the restaurant on Monday evening. The food was great, and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service was extremely bad, mostly because of our server (Faith). She was not around most of the time, unlike other servers who stayed near their tables. This made it difficult to request more water and the dessert menu. Although we asked for the dessert menu while ordering our mains, she never gave it to us. Thankfully, another server we called kindly helped us with that. The candle on our table wasn't lit, while it was lit for the other tables. The server only lit it up when we placed it on the nearby table, where other people were seated, so she lit candles for both tables. When I ordered the food, I showed her a picture of the pizza I wanted from the restaurant's Instagram page. She asked for the name of the pizza, and I replied, "I don't know, just the same as in the photo, please." However, she kept repeating the name of the pizza, as if she wanted me to say it out loud. In my opinion, that was rude. She also had difficulty hearing the guests and spoke quietly, which made communication challenging. It just seemed that she doesn’t care about all that at all. Additionally, when we finished our food, and our plates were out of the table, she never asked whether we want the bill or not. So after 10 min, the other server came and gave us our bill. On the other hand, the other server (who gave us the bill) we had a chance to talk to was very polite and helpful. And by the end asked us about the situation and gave us complementary desserts to go. So, maybe we just got unlucky. To sum it up, I believe that the restaurant's service plays a significant role in the overall experience. Despite the great food and interior design, and another server that really cared, our mood was still completely ruined.
