We had a great 💝 dinner out at Origional Joe's first time I tried the rice bowl, and loved it, only disappointment was that there wasn't a gluten free desert available, which was puzzling as last week when we were at State & Main they offered an gf dessert option.

Booking was easy, plenty of TV screens no matter where u were sitting you could easily see the world junior game that was playing. Surprisingly quiet and very few people considering New Year’s Eve at 630pm with Canada playing Sweden and the Oiler game starting at 8pm. Servers and staff were fantastic. We moved from a 7 person half booth with chairs on the other side to the huge square booth which was comfy and probably fits 12 people. Atmosphere was nice, not too bright and kinda cozy, food was good, Caesar salad is fantastic, steak sandwich was over cooked asked for medium rare it was probably a little over medium but didn’t complain. Cucumber mojito was great. Steak sandwich was $30 with tip so needless to say it was way over priced. Mini Yorkies were better than average but not great could use more roast beef. I’ve never tried the Cobb salad because I’m not big on salads but was with a friend who ordered it like ten years ago and I’ve almost ordered it everytime I’ve been there since but still to this day have not ended up trying it but it looked like the biggest most badass salad I’ve ever seen. One day… one day…

Very welcoming place. Greeted & Food was excellent. Everyone was able to visit easily. Server was attentive but not intrusive. We would definitely return. The Jambalaya was a Hit with two at our table.

Service was good during the lunch rush, but I think they cut a server after 1:00, so our server was running flat out trying to help all of the tables. Took 45 minutes and 3 asks to get our bill. Management - support your staff better so the service doesn't suffer.

Ordered a bunch of appetizers and drinks, all of which were delicious. What made the evening TOP-notch though, was our fantastic server!!! Of course I can’t remember her name right now, but we were a group of 8, and she was absolutely phenomenal with our whole group. We’ll definitely be back on a regular basis.

I like the menu at Original Joe's. The purpose of this visit was a business meeting. The restaurant was very full and I did not anticipate this for a Friday. We had excellent service from our server and the fish and chips were excellent. Our server regularly filled our coffee cups and water glasses. The food arrived very quickly, and as noted above, the fish and chips were delicious and plentiful. Even though the restaurant was full, noise levels were low so we could hold our meeting quite comfortably.
