Table beside the fireplace was AMAZING for our anniversary dinner. Food was incredible. The cheesecake was the best I've ever had! Staff was very friendly, personable and entertaining. Will be back!

Have gone to dinner there many times. We've always had a lovely dinner. Michele the owner is charming and always there to greet you. Rod has been our server on most occasions and is always pleasant and courteous. Food is great. We love the Vitello Osteria

Excellent Service and food

The restaurant was great! The reservation was easy to make restaurant easy to find. The owner was friendly and allowed me to practice my limited Italian on him. The food was fantastic and there was no rush on us to proceed from course to course. The restaurant was set up sparsely due to Covid, however the decor and ambiance was perfect! We will most certainly be back! I recommend this place for a quite evening as a couple. Best meal since Venice!

This was our first time. We ordered the veal parmesan. It was very good. However,
the service was disappointing. Our waiter was more interested in serving the regulars.
Back and forth chatting and serving extras like lemoncello. We weren't even asked if
we wanted coffee or dessert. We would not eat here again. Underwhelming!

Our experience at Osteria was amazing. From the ambience, the wonderful dinner and most importantly the impeccable service we received from Michele. He made us feel at home and like family which made our anniversary dinner a memorable one.

Nice Anniversary lunch outside table. Good distancing of tables. Food was high quality - tartare had large portion, well presented but could have been a bit more flavorful. Veal, tortillini and tirimisu was excellent. Service great, friendly and quick.

First time at osteria since the owners of osteria di mecci retired . Smaller cozy space . Great food. Our waiter seemed to be and owner as well. He was proud of his establishment and rightfully so
We will return . It may be a go to place now that buon giorno has closed

Beautiful night for our wedding anniversary. The owner(Michael) greeted us at the door and waited on us with outstanding service. We tried the chef’s 3 course dinner (Michel’s choice) ; it was fantastic. We started with a fabulous Italian charcuterie board, followed by an incredible entree of lamb, Risotto & pasta. With a small sampling of mussels. Every bite was absolutely delicious. We ended our evening with the perfect tiramisu (which I normally don’t like - LOVED THIS ONE) & key lime cheesecake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you. 💕🍷

During this time of re-opening of restaurants, we appreciated all the efforts made by Osteria to ensure social distancing while offering a high quality dining experience. My spouse keeps on raving about the meal.

The owner was present and in fact served our meal. An incredibly attentive individual who provided great service, takes great pride in his establishment, and is just a very fine person. I will go back if for no other reason than I want to ensure his restaurant thrives - he deserves it.

We had an excellent anniversary dinner at Osteria. The food was delicious. We split the mussels to start and had gnocchi (to die for!) and the Osteria veal. Michele and the staff provided incredible service and the meal was very reasonably priced. We will be back!

This was my second visit to Osteria and was not disappointed. The service and attentiveness of Michele is outstanding. The food was excellent. Michele reserved a parking spot for us in front of the restaurant which was great given the frigid temperatures of that day! I will certainly be coming back.

Celebrated my mother’s 92nd birthday and it was very memorable. Its wheelchair accessible and we were able to get parking right in front, which is at a premium in Kensington. We were well taken care of from beginning to end. A number of us had the Vitello Osteria and it was divine. The veal was tender, scallops flavorful and sauce so creamy and delicious. Order it. One in our group preferred a pasta with a white wine sauce, no problem. She was very happy. The experience couldn’t have been better and we were both full and grateful.

The service was fantastic, the food was fresh, hot and amazing. We didn’t feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family or anyone who would like good Italian food.
