Amazing ambience and incredible food. Staff were so friendly and helpful (especially choosing which wines would pair best with meal). Can’t wait to go back. Feel lucky to have a gem like this in the neighbourhood!
Amazing food! There’s never a bad dish, the pasta is elevated comfort and the wagu beef was ten out of ten! Can’t wait to go back after the covid lock down.

Spent a Friday evening at Osteria Rialto and it was great. Their outdoor patio is warm and the ambiance is great. The food was amazing. We basically tried everything on the menu and all was fantastic.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Classic Italian dishes done on a level I haven’t experienced in Toronto. Pasta cooked perfectly, vegetable dishes perfectly fresh and delicious, and one of the best desserts in the city (the chocolate tart, I highly recommend it with the Etruscan amaro). Their caponata served in a roasted eggplant was probably my favourite dish and a perfect example of creativity within a still classic mode of Italian cooking. A truffle pasta was decadent without a hint of cloying truffle oil that usually ruins such dishes, but a vegetable focused macaroni dish was equally excellent with fantastically textured pasta in both. Wine offerings were great with both a good selection of classic wines and some surprised for an Italian place, like a deep Burgundy selection and some phenomenal Loire chenin by the glass. Can’t wait to come back.
So great we immediately booked reservations for the following week upon finishing our meal.

Went for my partner’s Birthday with another couple and had a fantastic experience on their beautiful covered and heated patio. The bread and eggplant dish were standouts as well as the mushroom pasta.

We had the loveliest evening at Osteria Rialto. Delicious food from start to finish, amazing ambience (felt like we were in Europe!) and great, friendly service. Also the espresso martinis were unreal. Perfect way to end an amazing meal.
By far one of the best dining experiences in Toronto. They make you feel like COVID isn’t even a thing. The food, drinks and service was outstanding. For a brief moment that night, you felt like things were normal again.
Could be the best patio in the city. Heaters above, behind and below. Oh, and the food is terrific.

Price point might be a "little" high, especially the wine.
The food was well portioned, well thought out and delicious. There is a good variety on the menu without too much on the menu - meaning, they do a smaller amount of items very well.
The considerations for staff safety and Covid protocols were excellent.

The other night I had dinner at the bar and it was a 12/10 experience! The bar seating was comfortable and the staff were all so warm, welcoming, and engaged. The Wagyu Flatiron Steak was absolute perfection and the wine list had excellent value. I'd highly recommend the Barbera and Chenin! Thanks, Rialto team for such a great experience, I'll definitely be back soon!
Nice bar/restaurant. The menu is very small and niche so check you like something prior to going. The food was fresh and tasty, I just wish there were more options for me. Food and drinks were pricey for what it was though, not great value by any means but a classic Toronto standard.
Squash ragu was amazing.
Next time I'll deffinetly be getting dessert as well.
Portions were more than generous and definitely could be split between two persons. Offering half orders of salads or mains would be a good idea.

buds rejoice!! Staff is genuinely caring. Very safe to eat here on the patio which
