Our reservation was a 1 pm. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast brunch was lacking. Much of the food was scant or not at all. The young man at the beef station gave us three slim cuts from the roast. When I went back for a second helping the dishes had been put away and I had to search for them. I appreciate the the brunch closed at 2, however that is no excuse for the kind of service we received.

Many kids from a hockey team staying at the hotel, running around the buffet, little to no parent supervision. Plates being broken on the floor. A very small buffet in a small room. Food limited in choice, but prime rib was tasty. Our server was excellent.

Booking was easy. The only setback was the confusion of rooftop versus in restaurant dining. We thought it was a nice night to sit out overlooking the streets below but soon found out the menu we looked at online for Ostins wasn’t served on the rooftop restaurant. The host/bar person was very nice and let us head downstairs while he called ahead for us. At Ostins we had the most pleasant and welcoming wait person, Laura, who genuinely seemed to love her job. Throughout our sitting and dinner her timing was impeccable. The food lived up to its description and taste was excellent.

They need signs directing you to the front desk. People are wandering into the hotel and the bowling alley looking for the inside door to Ostins. Inside restaurant very nice. Comfortable seating. Patio is in an awkward area for wait staff. Food was very good with the exception of the jus - still good but too salty. Excellent steak, jumbo shrimp, desserts. Wait staff were exceptional.

Food was very good but the ambiance was lacking for fine dining. This restaurant is between a hotel and the bowling alley of which you have to go through one of them to get to the restaurant. Other guests were dressed in shorts and t-shirts. Meals and appetizers were very very good with the exception of the salad that had pickled green beans which tasted awful.
