   We hosted a business dinner at Otto by Polpo and had a great experience. The selection was wide and the food was extrodinary. Service was great but they did not rush us. Can't wait to return.

   Good food and good service on a Sunday night. Menu that was up on Open Table was dated so what was on the menu was different but still good. Very loud until the crowd cleared out later in the evening. Will definitely go back.

   We went early (5pm) so it was pretty empty. The service was good although the other servers had more personality and smiled, unlike ours. He was fine otherwise. The food was delicious and we plan to return.

   We had a reservation and were seated right away. We had a lovely waitress from Albania working to get into a local PHd program. Food was delicious and no corking fee for our BYO wine. Wide range of ages as patrons from college aged to us older folks! Tables filled up as we were there but noise level was energetic yet not intrusive to our table of 4. We will go again.

   Yvonna was a wonderful server and helped to make our experience that much more pleasing and fun. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and the food was delicious as well. The price was fine. Can't wait to come back. We'll ask for Yvonna for sure.

   Food is always delicious. I got the polpo app and the flounder entrée - both fantastic. The portion sizes are large, so I had a lot to bring home for dinner the next night.

   We had previewed the menu. Our waiter described the specials. He didn’t tell us the prices. Our bill for 3 was over $200 for 3 main dishes ( we all chose one of the specials) and 3 desserts. I think that’s quite expensive, especially since we brought our own wine!

    Needed a nice spot for brunch in Bryn Mawr and this was perfect! Excellent menu, great service and relaxing ambiance. We will be back.

    Food was very good and portions were generous. The menu had something for everyone. They do serve veal :( so it would be nice if they changed that in favor of filet or other beef. It would also be nice to have something on the tables -- votives and a flower would go a long way toward improving ambiance. However service was very responsive and attentive without being overbearing.

    Very nice place! Fine food, comfortable roomy setting, and great service are the rule here. We enjoyed wonderful appetizers not seen in many places here, like Roman artichokes wrapped in speck and fried tomatoes with cheese and pesto. The fish special was orange roughy, which can be hard to prepare well. Both portions were perfectly done - light & tender, with just a hint of crispness on the outside. The pasta was delightful, and cannoli were the perfect finish. Excellent!

    We ordered several different meals and they were just ok. The veal was a little tough and the piccata sauce had way too much lemon. The clams appetizer was chewy. We expected better, especially for the price.

    We went here for Restaurant Week. They had a substantial menu with delightful options. The seafood bisque was awesome! We’ll keep coming back to try other offerings! It’s a BYOB too!

    We were there quite early in the evening and the restaurant was uncrowded. We have been to Otto many times and have had excellent experiences. Last night the food was as wonderful as ever, but the service was inattentive. As there were few other customers there was really no excuse. We left without dessert as the wait for a server to take our order after delivering a dessert menu was intolerable.

    Absolutely delightful place! Wonderful menu and great service. I had called earlier in the week to ask them to put a candle in my daughter's dessert, since this was a birthday dinner for her, and they did exactly as I asked without any additional input from me. Everything we had was delicious, but we especially recommend the gorgonzola gnocchi!

    Outstanding food, friendly and efficient staff. Was not too crowded on a Monday so we were able to hang out and talk for quite a while. BYOB is always good.

    We dined on Superbowl Sunday, and felt that the food was just OK-perhaps the normal staff was off that night. The best dish was the baby kale salad, it was fresh and tasty. The Fried green tomatoes were also prepared well, fried just right. The Fommage however, was disappointing. Blocks of parm, gargonzola, feta. with 3 slices of bread and a little herby jam, we didn't eat much of it. I was expecting locally sourced or imported specialty cheeses. It just didn't meet expectations. Lastly, we split the lobster ravioli and the lobster was tough and the tasted very fishy to me. Our waitress was great and felt that we could give this spot another chance perhaps on a normal weekend night.

    I had to go into my phone to pull up my account in their point system. The credit card I was using is registered under my name but I wasn’t given the $31 off my bill. The manager was very patient as a I retrieved the barcode connected to my account.
