Most enjoyed their food, but the crab cake special was just not very good. There was a large party which contributed to the noise. The service was good.

We had told our friends about how much we loved P&V. So we all decided to go to dinner. Didn’t disappoint!

The food was good but the hostess had a poor attitude. Our waiter was ok not attentive. Much different experience than my husband raved about during his work dinner experience last year. Probably won’t be back.

This was our second visit and we planned our stay in Atlanta (driving through on a trip) to make sure we could have brunch at Paces & Vine. So much that we made the open table reservation before we found a hotel.
The food is excellent and Southern classics like Chicken and Waffles are worth the stop. the chicken is cooked so well with herbs and marinades that it has an exquisite taste and pair that with a perfect waffle and the praline syrup - now you know why the trip was planned around the restaurant. We've had the breakfasts in our prior visit and those biscuits - are worth the price of the meal (just saying...).
The braised beef is awesome and for someone who does not like grits, I would eat the grits there for every meal!
Next trip to Atlanta will have us visiting for a third time!

Once we were seated, we had an excellent experience at Paces & Vine. But we waited 40 min past our reservation time. We chose the restaurant because we were tight on time for our overall evening, so this really put a damper on our night. Even after 40 min we were seated at a high top table at the bar - who knows how long it would have been for a regular table! I have no problem waiting at a restaurant that doesn’t take reservations, but to wait that long after an 8:00pm reservation was frustrating.

Not as good as the last time we were there. Longer wait, even with reservations. Been here 3 times, twice being seated in the very back of the restaurant.

The service by Olivia was excellent. Food was great. The only thing I noticed is that the wines they carry are very pricey. I wish they had more affordable options. Overall, a great date night experience.

Service was impeccable and the food out of this world. The shrimp appetizer was worth the visit all on its on and then we had the petite filet which was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be going back soon. Our server Courtney was awesome as well.

This was our first visit to PV and was very well done. The service was perfect and being able to bring a nice bottle of wine and have it decanted was a nice touch. Excellent variety on the menu, very greasy with a creative presentation. Peanut butter pie dessert was the bomb.
Keep doing what you are doing and in a great spot in Vinings.

We live in the neighborhood and dine at Paces and Vine 10+ times per year, and finally it looks like this restaurant has hit its strides. The flash fried shrimp was a superb appetizer and the ribeye was cooked to perfection. The tuna tartar was sushi grade but the mushroom underneath it gave the dish too much of the same texture. All-in-all a good dining experience.

Our server had a great, fun loving personality. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the amount of garlic, garlic sauce or the like, overwhelmed the dish. It was all I could taste. Overall though, I love this restaurant. Others dining with me did seem to enjoy their food

We have been to Paces and Vine many times. The food is always good but a bit high priced for an average night out. This Saturday we had a party of 6. A friend asked for a recommendation for glass of Chardonnay between two on the menu. They were priced $8 and 10 per glass. The waiter recommended a Berringer that was not on the menu. No price was mentioned. When the bill came, she was charged $16 per glass. After her second glass, the waiter suggested he could bring her a “half pour” if she didn’t want a full third glass. For that she was charged $8. I know restaurants make their money on alcohol and we should not have assumed the wine was the same price as the others, but we just felt like she was duped. Not a feeling you want after a pleasant evening with friends.

My husband and I went here for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. We expected it to be less noisey and have quality food. We ordered the crabcake appetizer special which was delicious but the Chilean SeaBass Entrée was tasteless and rubbery. We weren't happy considering the amount of money we had to pay for the dish. We will not be returning only because of the food. The service was great, we were initially seated by a busy aisle and asked to be moved which was done quickly.

The food was really good, but we had one of the worst experiences with a non-existent server. It's unfortunate as this was a business dinner. It's not that he was super busy either, just more engaged with a table of possible friends. Anyway, we couldn't complain because of the clients with us. Disappointing when the food was so good. You can't help but be cautious next time.

Ambiance was lovely and our server was excellent (friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, specials, etc.). When we arrived, the hostess initially seated us right next to another couple, even though the restaurant was nearly empty at the time. When we asked if we might be seated elsewhere to give both them and us a little more privacy, we were initially denied on grounds that seemed to privilege the restaurant’s convenience over the customer’s needs. Eventually, we were permitted to change tables, but why the hassle? Our entrees were okay (lamb loin and shrimp and grits, respectively) but not memorable and a little disappointing for the price point. We also were nonplussed by the lobster bisque that contained no visible lobster (our server explained that the lobster was, in fact, puréed into the soup after customers allegedly complained that shell was getting caught in their dental work. Hmm). Overall, a subpar dining experience for the price point. With so many great dining options in the city, not sure we’ll be returning anytime soon.
