We searched the planet to bring you all-natural and ethically raised beef. The menu by Executive Chef Christine Brown evolves seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover for dinner or Sunday brunch.

We're passionate about bringing you high-quality ingredients, many sourced from natural, organic, and sustainable ranches and farms.

Pair your choices with a hand-crafted cocktail or a sustainably produced boutique wine from a variety of small, family-owned vintners, carefully curated by owner Kevin Leach and sommelier Peggy Dean.

    We were late for our reservation and seated us promptly. The only thing that got us was they rushed us throughout the whole dinner. We never really got to enjoy our dinner. It felt like that wanted us done with dinner so they could give the table to someone else. We probably won’t be back. Mayra did a nice job with explaining the menu. But we just couldn’t enjoy our dinner.

    Been here a few times and it’s always a good time (and choice). Delicious food, amazing service and a really chill vibe for a steakhouse. We brought our visiting cousin who just ate at Jean Georges in Vegas a few days prior and she said PSP’s steak (she shared a tomahawk w my hubby) was way better. Not surprised. 🤓

    We bought unlimited mimosas and they were stingy as hell! They brought about 6oz of juice for 4 adults to share and incorporate into their drinks. We’d ask for more multiple times. And the service was lacking so it took forever to get refills. It was odd.

    We all really didn’t like our food except for the French toast. Brunch on Mother’s Day was a failure. The duck confit hash was ruined by apples that they put in the dish. Their house made breakfast sausage had no taste and was very bland. The steak that came with the steak and eggs was over cooked and also bland for some reason. We all laughed about it afterwards but I was very disappointed with the food here.

    Our service was good. On Open Table, I stated it was a special Birthday dinner but obviously that was not communicated or restaurant failed. Regarding food, Warm Crab & Artichoke Dip Starter was tasty. For $28.00, could have had more Crab, less sauce. The Robbins Island Ribeye at $125.00 x 2 (we both ordered the same) was a disappointment and significantly overpriced. One Medium Rare was clearly Rare, borderline raw and a large part of the cut was chewy fat. Additionally, it was very thin like a prime rib cut. I was expecting a thick piece of delicious Ribeye, this was not! The 2nd was ordered at medium and ok for him. Only problem, the flies that were flying around our table the entire 1.5 hours, one unfortunately landed on his steak, grossed him out so he stopped eating it half way and took it home for Bruno! He was embarrassed to speak up to the server or owner that was walking around. Lastly, I had 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio at $25.00 each. House wine at $25, overpriced. In summary, $450.00 for this dinner was a huge disappointment and feel a bit cheated.
