   The management at this place is terrible, the server was continuously making excuses about everything, she didn’t know the day special, she kept saying that she was tired and that she was working a 14 hours shift! We order beers and she came to tell us that she didn’t have the key to get the beers, then she came to say that our plates will come delayed because they only had one cook (it was Mother’s Day!), and went we ask for a split bill she said that she threw away her notes and she ended up messing up the individual bills, and then on top of that she said she didn’t have change as she didn’t had a key to access the money! Full of excuses and information that doesn’t need to be given to the customers, it was so unprofessional. They could’ve prepared better for such a busy day as Mother’s Day, and the place was almost empty! I have been to the north location and it was excellent, I’ll definitely never come back here or recommend it.

   I am so glad that I am able to write this review as I have spent this morning trying to figure out how. It was my daughters birthday and we went for dinner with my family. There was another large party there celebrating a birthday too. This location we met a waitress named Sarah who was just beyond words so kind and attentive. My 8 year old daughter made me laugh as we were eating saying “ we will give her 5 stars”. Sarah served us and took care of us last night. She is a definite asset to this location, I hope management realizes this and appreciates all that she does. Thank you Sarah I hope you get to see this too. I was the one with the 3 girls and we came after my kids basketball game. Thank you for everything! We hope to see you again This was the south location!!

   The meals tasted good and were well presented. After being seated our table was moved closer to the wall to accommodate a reserved group of 7. We needed to move our chairs away to get up to go to bread bar. I felt that we did not receive the full attention of the server. She did not offer fresh Parmesan, did not return to our table to refill water. We did not order dessert as we did not feel like it was a relaxed atmosphere and were ready to leave once the meal was finished. The manager did approach us as we were leaving and we did express our concerns to him.

    Service was great food is always good. Getting a little pricey like everywhere else. Portion size a bit smaller that previous times. Definitely will still return.

    Good food, good service. A bit loud and agitated because it is in a hotel lobby and there is a lot a traffic but good experience overall.

    The menu is very limited and we did not find the restaurant all that clean. There were crumbs on our table, food on the carpet and all the blue water bottles that were on the counter right in our line of view were covered in finger prints. Hopefully these were dirty bottles needing to be washed, but perhaps there could have been a better place to put them. Also even tho we mentioned it was our grandson’s birthday (the next day) there was no offer of a discount. This restaurant is near our home and would have loved it to have been better.

    Service was very good especially considering the restaurant was full and they were short-handed. Our server was obviously over-worked but remained positive and friendly whenever she slid by to check in. Food was a little slow coming but all dishes were hot and tasted really good when they arrived. Desserts were good also. Ambiance was nice. Not over decorated but just enough. Also noise level was low. Even with the full restaurant we could carry on a conversation at our table. Will definitely come again.

    Overall good dinner, friendly service and the bread bar is good. Main improvement point was the server attention, as served forgot items that were ordered in two occasions.

    We had a wonderful dinner there. Everything was on point. An amazing server food and atmosphere. Breakfast the next day was a whole different story tables were left not cleared one guy was running around working his butt off while the shift manager stood around and nothing we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. The food was good with the shift manager really took away any good vibes that we had the night before.

    We were drawn to this place by the 1% off per year on my birthday and became sudden fans due to excellent service and food. Our bubbly server appeared to totally enjoy life as she waited on us. The food flavor, smells and presentation far exceeded our expectations. We will go back.

    Our only criticism is that they didn’t have regular coffee. I’m afraid espresso is not to our taste. Other than that, our dining experience was outstanding. We will definitely go back there again!

    Was a special occasion of my 75 birthday which i put on reservation but no one mentioned it when at restaurant. The food was excellent and portion were large size. Appetizer toast ISEE novel and was good.

    We had no clue who our waiter was. We thought it was a lady and then it seemed like someone else. Then it seemed like someone else. The portion of food seemed small for the price. $24 for a lasagna that did not fill me. It was good but not enough.

    Very pleased with food, the bread bar was a new experience and I enjoyed the opportunity to try the different spreads and the grill was hot so it only took a few seconds to toast the bread. We enjoyed the pizza and seafood linguine. The rose’ sauce was delicious. The server was new and not quite up to speed on the menu but was very nice. I’ll be returning to this location for sure.

    Disappointing from the start. No hostess at the entrance to greet us. Told to wait to be greeted/seated when asking for assistance. Many servers had long hair that was not tied back and were handling and flipping their hair while walking past tables with guests. Chicken Parmesan had no ham and the pasta with red sauce was watered down. The serving of linguine Alfredo was completely unreasonable, way too much. The sauce taste like it came from a jar and the green onions were overpowering.
