   High ceilings give an open feeling to the room. Beautiful long bar. Food was excellent. They were attentive to my wife’s dairy intolerance. Since it’s only a couple of months old, it is waiting to be discovered - no lineups….yet! Enjoy.

   Manager Bonnie was insanely rude. Our tables food was left on a stand in the middle of the restaurant while we were off at their grill your own bread station. When we returned, we walked past our food openly sitting there. We sat waiting for another few minutes to then have our serve rush over and hand us out now cold food. We asked to speak to a manager and was sent over a supervisor instead, granted this supervisor cared a great deal and gave us a percentage off our bill. Myself and our little girl did not eat or touch our meals, did not take them home and sent them back but we’re still charged for them. When asked why, they said this was the managers decision. We paid our bill and left, when walking out I saw the manager Bonnie standing at the bar and approached her. When asked why she didn’t come to our table to speak to us directly knowing we had many issues, her response was “I have supervisors for that.” Being a restaurant manager myself, I said I watched you stare and discuss my table many times throughout the night, standing and pointing at us. You should have come over and discussed the issue with us directly, she said rudely “thank you for your feedback, have a goodnight” and pointed me towards the door. I think this is so rude and unprofessional. Service set aside, our food was cold and honestly tasted like it came from a can or jar. We were all very unhappy with our meals and won’t be returning here. I hope these reviews are actually read and that they change their service model. As if they don’t, I can’t see them being open very long.

   First visit to this establishment and had a nice pizza comparable to scaddabush with a different decor and vibe. Pricing comparable to other chain type restaurants. Pleasant service staff.

   We waited at the front desk for around 5 minutes while staff watched us at the bar and said/ did nothing. There appeared to be more staff off working sitting at the bar as well, as they were all talking and moving in and out from behind the bar. The restarting itself was fairly empty, with only 3 tables sitting inside. The food was the only saving grace of this place. They have an open, all you can eat bread bar, with a variety of butters and a grill. We were told about this after we had ordered with our server saying “oops, I also forget to tell people about it.” Right after trying this, they had taken away the utensils for the station, closing it down for the night before the restaurant closed…. I’m assuming to save time so they could get out earlier. As I said before the food was the only saving grace for this place, it’s fresh and very inventive but takes a very long time to come. For only being open for around a month or so, I would expect the staff to try a little harder to ensure the concept takes off as they are the first location in Ontario. I hope they can make the changes necessary to improve their service but I likely would not return as I just felt uncomfortable throughout my meal. Staff stood behind the bar, looking and talking about my table throughout the night. Quickly moving once noticed. Overall disappointing experience. Management should have a training session and improve their staff.

   The food was nice but not outstanding; the staff were fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. We had 2 small kids in our party and the staff were great with them. I would go to this restaurant again!

   The restaurant is beautiful but service was very very slow and you didn’t have vegan cheese which I was disappointed about. The food was good but didn’t get enough for the money.

    Nice, new restaurant. All is shiny and pretty. Food took awhile... The tables by the windows facing west are too tight, back to back chairs. I was backed into too many times. Not a fan of loud conversations 6 inches behind my head. Staff wasn't quick To check on or come around. It was not busy when we came. Blue bottled water was cute. I will give another try but not seated where We were.

    One of our best experiences. The restaurant is only 5 weeks old but all the services, foods and staffs were amazing! Our waitress was Ruth and she was fantastic with her service and so was the female manager! I’d go again!

    Spent Valentine’s day here with my boyfriend, first time being here & most definitely won’t be my last. Amazing food, amazing service by our waitress Ruth & even started off with little heart chocolates and a sample of their Prosecco. Complimentary bread bar is worth going back for alone, amazing touch to their restaurant and so unique while veryyyyy yummy! Food was top notch pictured is the mushroom & truffle oil half pizza with linguine alfredo & pesto and goat cheese with linguine alfredo. For dessert; Apple Crumble. This place is newly opened and has so much potential, it’s already amazing and i’m so excited to see their journey. Thank you again!!!

    It's only been open 28 days. They are just getting the hang of it. Found the main dish we had a touch salty otherwise good experience.

    The manager voluntarily walked up to us and indicated that he would be giving us a 40% discount but we never saw that. Did not bother to ask.
