    The person taking our order had to be constantly reminded it corrected what we ordered. Then the machine she eas using wadmsnr working right and she had to go for another one but she took about 20 mins to do this. Then we had to give our orders again. One of the orders were wrong and had to sent back. The Xmas meal seemed to missing something, was very minimal for the money. I feel standards have slipped slightly. We visit the restaurant a lot.

    Everything was good except for the wait for drinks. Waited too long on arrival for drinks order to be taken and second order for drinks also took a long time.

    Decent quality as always, hiccup in the kitchen so we waited 50 mins for starters and had to ask when they would be coming.

    This was my first time visiting Paco’s and it won’t be the last we arrived with 2 extra people who weren’t booked in with us and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating found us another table and fitted us all in the level of service and standard of food was outstanding can’t wait till my next visit x👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    Nice environment and ambience. Service was okay, we sat for a while waiting for our plates to be cleared and our order to be taken. Food was fine but nothing special. Okay for a meal out but there are better alternatives in Perth.

    My daughter was running late due to major roadworks but the manager got her order ready and kept it piping hot. Nothing was a bother. Lovely staff, great food and beautiful restaurant

    We were greeted with a friendly staff member, and shown to our table promptly. Food choice was brilliant. Food was nice. Waiter, missed his name, was very nice polite, smiley and attentive.

    Restaurant as busy & popular as ever. We had to wait an acceptable Time for our meal. Staff were very efficient & helpful. Still had time for a coffee before crossing the road to the Concert Hall.

    Had a delicious meal with fantastic service throughout. Whilst the restaurant was filling up during the duration of our meal it was never too noisy or overcrowded. Will be back again very soon.

    excllent meal with very prompt service. in a quiet corner ,as requeted Food was very good quality served cheerfully without fuss. Price was below other restaurants nearby. I would recommend Paco's without hesitation

    Brilliant food & service The waiter made a mistake with my order, explained his mistake, was honest & made up for it. The food was hot, tasty & great portions. First class throughout 👍👍👍

    Thank you for a lovely dining experience. Even although we were late we were made to feel welcome. The service was excellent and the food was brilliant. We left full and very happy - would definitely come back and recommend

    One of our main meals was not hot enough and was sent back for further heating but on return was still not hot enough but this was handled very well by staff who deducted the cost of the bill and apologised for the inconvenience. The meal in question was a Calzone pizza. Has not put us off returning to the restaurant.

    We love Pacos! Such an excellent choice! In my husbands words “that was the best burger I’ve ever had” (and he’s had a lot of burgers). Good was perfect as was the service! Always such great service from the pacos team!
