   Worst experience I have ever had at Disney Springs. I felt like I was having a Sysco Experience. Fried shrimp was greasy. French Fries were cold and hard. Salad was missing 2/3 of the ingredients or only had small pieces. The manager did comp the salad and gave us a piece of cheesecake which was very tasty. It did not make up for the experience but was a nice gesture.

   Good seafood restaurant at Disney Springs. The food was very good, value is what you would expect and the service was very good. I recommend giving this place a shot of you like seafood (keep in mind they also have non seafood items as well).

   Overall experience did not meet expectations. The scallops were undercooked and tasted old. The raw oysters were tiny with little substance. We ordered drinks and they didn’t come until after the first course arrived. Service was inattentive and lacking.

   Service was wonderful and the drinks were good but the luster of the building needs attention. The food was good but not where it was before Covid I don’t mind spending a couple hundred dollars on dinner if it’s memorable. And no more cinnamon butter that’s a shame. Bread isn’t warm anymore it’s room temperature and dry. Stuffed cod was really good, my husband had scallops which were very yummy with cauliflower purée. I would still recommend you try this place if you haven’t been.

   The food was good, not great. One dish came out unsatisfactory. Management worked to have it remade quickly (and took the charge off the bill), but it arrived after everyone else was done eating. Shrimp pasta was tasty and light. Crawfish etoufee was good. Shrimp and grits was good - shrimp better than grits. Server was delightful and attentive. I’d probably give it a second chance to wow me, since it didn’t happen on the first try.

    The service was great The food was great The atmosphere (ambience) was crappy. I was unable to have a conversation with anyone at my table which is one point of going to dinner. I realize you can’t easily do much about that. I might come back - but it will mostly be that Lisa provided excellent service. The noise will generally keep me away.

    The ambience and service were excellent. Food not so much. The crab ceviche was a little dry and the entrees were typical touristy food. The fried shrimp were frozen not fresh. I was disappointed with it having such a nice atmosphere.

    We had a great meal that was well priced. Went with friends and they voted it best meal and best value of our trip. It can be pricey (depending on your order choices) but we all chose the crispy shrimp and it was a lot of food for less than most restaurants in the area.

    I love this place, but it seems like post Covid it’s been a bit of a mess. Maybe we are just having bad luck. Too many great options in Disney Springs to keep having a poor experience. When the server didn’t greet the table for almost 15 minutes, we found a manager. She took our drinks and app while finding where the server went. The order never made it to the server. The story only gets worse from there. I hate posting bad experiences, but hopefully someone will see this from the restaurant and it makes a difference.

    Made reservations and waited about 15 minutes to get seated. Restaurant was very busy. Ordered the crab guacamole and fried tomatoes for apps. Guacamole was good as was the tomatoes. Chips served with the guacamole were awful. Dinner picks were the chicken which was delightful, the stuffed cod which was good, and a ceaser salad with a crab cake. Ceaser had way to much dressing and the crab cake was fishy. The restaurant was absolutely freezing and both our table and the one next to it spent most of the night huddled over in an attempt to get warm. Overall. Service. Food. Atmosphere Would rate as a 3.

    We were there to celebrate my sister in law’s birthday. We had a great view from the table. The room was VERY LOUD especially when the staff was moving the tables around. Very hard to have a conversation. The food was good, for the price the portions were small. It was very delicious though. The service was terrible. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we were seated very quickly. We did not leave the the restaurant until 9:30pm. The drinks took over 20 minutes. We put in appetizers at the same time (at the servers suggestion ) and didn’t revive them for another 30 minutes. My sister in law’s meal was messed up and she had to eat her meal on her own. Hopefully it was just bad night but kind of put us in a bad mood.

    We celebrated our son’s 16th birthday with a family dinner here tonight. Our host was awesome, and our server, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic!! We will definitely request him again. Great food, wonderful service!

    Mediocre food for the price and very noisy. Oysters were watery, crab fries lukewarm. Crab Guacamole was the best dish we ordered although chips seemed stale.

    The price reflects WHERE you are: DISNEY SPRINGS. However the PORTIONS were NOT skimpy but plentiful. Our server Kristen, “Kris” was a DELIGHT!!!! Ask for her!!!!

    Food was delicious and ample portions. The scallops were seared to perfection and the cod cooked perfectly. Price was right for setting. We were seated next to the window with a gorgeous view of the water. My mother was treated to a dessert for her birthday which was a lovely touch. Service was friendly and quick until the space got busy and it took much longer than expected to get out check and then get my receipt back. Otherwise, a perfect spot for a celebration.

    Food was just average. Nobody at our table of six walked away, saying “wow, was that good.” I got the crab boil and was not thrilled to have it delivered in a bowl with the water still in it. I had to ask for a plate so I could take the crab and the potatoes out of the liquid and have it on a dry surface to eat it. Never seen a seafood boil that was still sitting in the liquid. Drinks were very weak. Atmosphere was nice and service was decent but I don’t think I would bother going back based on the average food and the subpar drinks.

    I had the fried green tomatoes, the pork chops and the key lime pie. All of it was delicious, but the key lime pie was on another level. Yes, the restaurant is quite expensive, so this is certainly not a place you go every night, but it’s definitely worth checking out during your stay in the Orlando area or Disney in particular.

    The restaurant and the experience were OK. I reserved a table for my husband's birthday which was never mentioned. We were initially seated at a table in the middle of the room and had to ask to be seated at the window. For the price, the amount of food we received was not great, I paid $60 for snow crab and received 1 1/2 clusters of crab legs, with one of the claws being almost black. The fries for our appetizer were cold and the server talked me out of getting a salad with my meal even though I was fine paying an upcharge. The side I ordered instead was burned and tasted terrible. I would probably not go back.
