Magical Dining was a good deal accompanied by a live musician. We especially liked the fried eggplant, pork chop and cheesecake. Nice restaurant with comfortable seating and friendly service.

Never would have thought of this place, so very glad they decided to participate in Magical Dining. To start I had the BLT Flatbread, which was large and tasty. My wife had the Boursin Fried Eggplant and thought it was good. For entrees I had The Coffee Rubbed Pork Chop and my wife the Grouper Stack. Mine was very good and hers was fabulous. After the big starters, we ended up only finishing half our entrees. The next night we had them and they were just as good day 2. The desserts were just plain killer. The Key Lime Pie was the best we've ever had. The Chocolate Cake was heavenly.

Had a big group for magical dining. They seemed very short staffed and for a 7:30pm dinner reservation to have appetizers at 8:30 and your main course by 9pm was not great. We all even decidedly just bagged our desserts as it was already 10pm at this point. And it took another 30-40 mins to figure out the bills for everyone.The cocktails and food were underwhelming. The lychee martini was warm which affected flavor. The blue lemonade drink was more lemonade and sugar as opposed to being a cocktail. Lacking in food flavor and in presentations. Very disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.

Finally made it out to try this place for Magical Dining and every single thing we had was fantastic! They were busy but still attentive and provided great service. So happy to have a spot like this close to home. Will be back for sure!

Our second visit. Food is okay, not great. Booths are very dark, if it's also dark outside you will need your phone to read the menu or look at your food. The garlic mashed potatoes were blend, our entire table wanted to add salt. The shrimp curry was nice, the steaks were super tender, but every person at our table tasted a bitter, burned taste on the outside, not your regular yummy grill marks (dirty grill)? The carrots were cooked to mush, overpowered with lots of cinnamon and quite spicy, we mentioned this to the waiter and asked for rice as a side instead and were charged $3 for it. For almost $50 per person we expected more, just as the first time. Both times we did provide feedback to management. Not coming back any time soon. Too bad, we would love to support a local restaurant.

I went for magical dining. The appetizer options were unfortunately unsatisfying. I first ordered the curry shrimp and when the shrimp came out they were completely burnt…charred… so I had to send it back. On the second try the shrimp came way under done…who wants to eat raw shrimp? And on top of that the curry sauce that came with it had absolutely no flavor. My entrée however was the stacked grouper and it was absolutely delicious and so was my dessert option. It was a cheesecake. I hate that the appetizer ruined the meal, but I will say the other two dishes were absolutely amazing.

We were disappointed. The appetizers ranged from ok to bad, the steaks and dessert were excellent but took a long time to receive and overall this is a place we will not be visiting again. The decor was very nice though.

We visited Palate to try out their Magical Dining Menu. We found the service very good, the restaurant is comfortable and welcoming. We were their on Saturday so they had live music. But the best was the food - portion sizes for magical Dining were very good. I started with a grilled shrimp appetizer in coconut curry sauce. Then went with the coffee rubbed pork chop - wonderfully seared, cooked to perfection and very tender and juicy - loved it. Finished with a Blueberry cobbler white chocolate cheese cake - do I need to say more - Wow. We are not local to this restaurant but we will definitely be back.

This is an unexpected gem in a neighborhood strip center. Creative food and drinks which are executed well along with great service. The room is a bit on the loud side but not enough to impede conversation.

The food here is OUTSTANDING! We had not tried it before and we loved it! Every bite we enjoyed was chef prepared and delicious. The service was also perfect. Our server Rose was delightful and took care of our every need. We asked her for recommendations and what she suggested were perfect and so tasty. She also shared with us about Palate's brunch and live music nights. We will be back many times as we now want to try everything on the menu. We are so happy to have found this treasure only a short drive from our home. Run, don't walk, to try this awesome restaurant!

We had a very nice Father's Day dinner. I had sausage and kale soup, and the shrimp kabobs, which were both delicious. My husband had the pork chop with spinach and mashed sweet potatoes. Everything was excellent, except the sweet potatoes were too salty. Our server, Chris mentioned it to the Chef. He came to our table and apologized and gave us a $5.00 discount. This is the third time we've been here. Chris is a great server. He checked on us throughout our meal. I highly recommend the Palate.

This was our first experience at Palate. The food was fantastic. The drinks were reasonably priced when at happy hour. The service was first rate! I wish they would advertise better. We went in on a Friday at 5pm and left by 8pm and the restaurant was only about half full. If you have not been to Palate Bistro yet...go. You won't regret it!

Just moved to area, and this is the first restaurant that we tried. A very good find. We need to go back when there is live music. Food was excellent. Waitress was a doll. This is a new restaurant, so I will be spreading the word.

I chose Palate Bistro and Bar for my birthday dinner with friends because the food and drinks are so good for the price. The restaurant has a modern elegance to it, and the food and drinks are unique and delicious. I have been to Palate multiple times, trying something different each time, and am always impressed. I've never had a bad meal there. The stuffed jalapenos, the beef Wellington, the shrimp pesto pasta, and the pineapple jalapeno margarita are my favorites so far. My boyfriend loves the chicken katzu dish. Highly recommend!

We ordered the chicken katsu and the ribeye, both were cooked perfectly. The cocktails were delicious and innovative. We were around for an early Monday dinner so the restaurant was rather quiet. The ambiance and style of the restaurant make me believe it would be a lot livelier later in the week. Would definitely come back!

We had an 8:30pm reservation. There weren't that many people there at that time, but service was slower than we would have expected. Servers were very friendly. My water glass had a lipstick stain on it. Our server apologized, removed the glass, and never replaced it. We received an incorrect order. Maybe we should have gone at a different time?
