   This place is super hidden, was not crowded for a Saturday night but the food, drinks, and service were all fantastic. Definitely a little hidden gem away from all the hype and tourists around Disney

   We ordered the chicken katsu and the ribeye, both were cooked perfectly. The cocktails were delicious and innovative. We were around for an early Monday dinner so the restaurant was rather quiet. The ambiance and style of the restaurant make me believe it would be a lot livelier later in the week. Would definitely come back!

   We had an 8:30pm reservation. There weren't that many people there at that time, but service was slower than we would have expected. Servers were very friendly. My water glass had a lipstick stain on it. Our server apologized, removed the glass, and never replaced it. We received an incorrect order. Maybe we should have gone at a different time?

    All three of us enjoyed our appetizers & meals. Our server realized right away that we needed a gluten free menu, so that made it easy. The cocktails were tasty & we will be back.

    The Tamaulipas meatbal appetizer and thecLobster Bisque were excellent. The shrimp pesto was uneven. The shrimp were perfect. The pasta was not Al dente, the creamy pesto was thin and not well seasoned. I would prefer more garlic, basil and Locatelli. Then it would be great. The hamburger sumptuous. The roast Turkey was good . The Caesar salad dressing seemed to be out of a bottle. I would go back.

    I have been to Palate about a dozen times since they opened, and I have always had a great experience. Friendly staff. Delicious and varied food options. A full bar with delicious cocktails and wine list, with local beer on draft. I highly recommend the smoked Old Fashioned. They've recently taken it up a notch with the addition of live music certain nights of the week. Their happy hour is definitely worth checking out -- great specials on some of their tastiest apps and beverages. Looking forward to checking out their brunch on Mother's Day.

    First time in. Heard good things about Palate so we gave it a try. Beef Wellinton App was ok, little rare but good flavor. Eggplant was very good. Ribeye was just okay. Grouper stack was very dissapointing. Over salted Mashed, fish was mushy and spinach was unimpressive. Expected better!!

    Our first time dining experience and it won’t be the last. Our appetizers? Entrees and cocktails were very delicious! The service from our server was attentive and on point! Try the grilled Brie and Tuna and Avocado rolls!

    The place is beautiful, our server Rose was amazing. She was attentive and very welcoming. Service can really make or break a business. We received good service from the moment we walked in. You rock Rose! Haha Would definitely recommend!

    Food and server Izzy were very good. I had the hand-rubbed grilled pork chop with sweet potato mash and kale. However, in the future I will remember to ask for more gravy on the side as it soaked in fast.

    Excellent food. Innovative without being too ‘chi-chi’. Creative seasoning, very well prepared and presented. Our party of four enjoyed small plates of Beef Wellington and Grilled Brie…both were excellent. Entrees of Salmon, Fillet, Ribeye and Burger were all cooked to order, hot and delicious. Service was attentive and helpful. This comfy bistro is a great addition to Hunter’s Creek.

    Rose was wonderful. We attend high end restaurants and we feel that the food portion is too small for the price and sides that come with. Alcohol drinks are a little pricey. Bahama Breeze serves better margaritas.

    Upon arrival we were seated and then 10 minutes later moved again since the hostess realized she needed the table for a larger party. Our server was super polite. We noticed the owner or manager stopped by every table except for ours which was very disappointing. It made us feel like our table was necessary to ask how our experience was dining there for the first time! The food I would have to rate as tasting very poorly. The price for the food is overpriced for a meal that didn’t have any flavor. The pork chop had no salt and no flavor. My ribeye was very under cooked when I asked for medium well. My ribeye also had no salt and no flavor. I will not be eating at the restaurant today or anytime in the future.
