The Palermo Pub has been family-owned and operated since it opened in 2004, as Jimmy Heroes. As a tribute to the historical area the Pub is located in, the name was changed to Palermo Pub. Palermo Pub is a great place to meet friends, watch the game, have drinks and catch up, or have a delicious meal. Palermo is very family friendly, so bring the kids and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Found it noisier than normal but only because of a Leaf Hockey Game (20 Apr 23). We have been going here at least twice a month for a number of years. The staff very is professional and always pleasant. Very good value for money. Would recommend it to anyone.

This place is always reliable. Their nachos & wings are the best! Even at the busiest times, service is good. There is one waitress there, who has been serving tables for many years and she’s fantastic. Friendly, efficient and welcoming. It was jumping on our last visit.

Had a reservation for 6 pm but had to wait 20 minutes for a table which was a little frustrating. In the beginning things moved slowly but to be fair they were very busy. Once things got going the service was very good. Food was well up to scratch. I have been there before and will go again.

Sticky table. Excellent wings. Fries were meh. Great onion rings. Fish was good. Service was friendly and quick. Killer koolaid was a bit disappointing. Tastes like cream soda. Came in a small glass not a mason jar as per the menu I read online. We Wud go back and order different items Wings Wud be included and onions rings. And likely try the pizza.

Used to go to The stout mink as our local place, but since management changed its not anymore. On a whim we walked into Palermo, I’ve been meaning to try for a while. Glad we did, 3 time in a week we’ve been now, glad we came and will keep coming back. Great atmosphere, food amazing and prices the best In Oakville. Keep it up!

Our server had a bit of an attitude and oddly made a big deal out of aomething small The table of boys next to us was just old enough to drink and loud and obnoxious. Then a girl joined them and the waitress picked a fight with her about having to sit inside with the table she started with The same girl Became very agitated with a member of her group and was yelling and swearing at him loudly Nobody did anything to stop her and it was unsettling to say the least. I felt like I was in a biker bar The food took forever to come out and was not up To the usual standard We come here often and this was a one off situation but disappointing nonetheless

The service was terrible. The server was more interested in serving a table of men than my family. It is a small restaurant and we watched diners arrive, be fed and leave while we waited. We arrived for a reservation at 6;30 pm and did not get our food until 7:45. Then we had to wait while we tried to catch our server’s attention to ask for our bill. She was busy chatting up the table of men. It was very disappointing. I don’t think we will go back.

The best wings in and all around the neighbourhood. Outdoor patio is covered, yet feels open with a very private feel. Service and all the waitresses are helpful, friendly and attentive without being intrusive or pushy. We’ll continue our tradition of meeting here with friends even though we no longer live very close by.
