The food was excellent, but the services was too much , meaning the interventions by different people are too much and it disrupted our conversation minimum 6 times . It does decrease the experience of enjoying the food .

The food was outstanding, my salmon was probably the best salmon i’ve ever eaten in my life. The appetizers were mouth watering. 5 stars for food. Service was good, however the second meal took over 1 hour to come out of the kitchen, I’m assuming they were overwhelmed and busy. The ambience was great with dancers and lots of good looking people having a great time! I recommend!

Une superbe ambiance, Raphaël, notre serveur, était parfait. L'endroit est très agréable et la nourriture mérite un 10 sur 10. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Music waaaaay too loud. Cannot even hear ourselves or the waiters talking. Our table host forced the tip and even put himself the amount on the terminal.

I decided to go to palma for my birthday and the food was amazing and they had a great ambiance. My favourite dish was la tartelette au thon obèse and the noodles.

If you're into fine dining, please don't go there. When we arrived, the security guard did not want to let us in. He kept asking for my name pretending to look for our reso on his phone (scrolling his email) we got 5 min late because of it. Once we finally got seated, music was loud but great. Service was poor quality but fast. I've felt very rush and everything just felt very disorganized. I mentionned being seriously allergic to truffles since there was a lot of it in the menu. I had my epipen with me thank god cause our server did not seem to believe me. She even offered us a plate with truffles in it. We had to ask for ustensil every time we got a new plate because they would take the used ones but not bring new ones. Food was ok. It would probably have tasted 100 better if the overall experience was better. It was my first time and last time there but I think this restaurant is a place of regulars. People who like to show off. Pretending. If you're into fake ambiance with overpriced food and poor quality service this place is for you, otherwise Montreal has a way better selection of fine dining experience for better price elsewhere!

The food and environment was very nice. Fast service. Very upscale. The server Audrey (blond one) was very helpful and gave a lot of insight on the menu, areas to travel, etc. Would come back many times

Nous avons essayé le palma hier pour la 1ere fois avec une amie. Le menu est quand même cher, mais nous avons pris des plats qui respectaient notre budget, et nous étions plus que pleine en sortant, et c’était delicieux!! On recommande surtout les crudo. Les cocktails étaient délicieux et fait avec minutie. Nous avons trouvé l’endroit magnifique, et la musique était bonne. Autre high light de notre soirée, le service ! Tout le staff était attentionné et souriant, le menu nous a bien été expliqué et nous avons été bien conseillées. Nous avons principalement été servies par Mélina et une autre serveuse au bar dont je ne connais pas le nom. Merci pour l’excellente soirée

Great service. very attentive waitress. the food is very good. I ordered the seafood tower with the Asian style ribs and parmesan fries. i went for my birthday on a Saturday night with my wife and 14 year old daughter. Everything was delicious and fresh. they even comped me a birthday cake. a little on the pricey side but everything is expensive these days. you're paying for the service, food quality and ambiance. will definitely go back.

Food was amazing, service was very poor. Multiple issues with the service, food was not sent out at the same time. Main course sent out prior to entree. Wrongly advised on food portion size. When i reveries confirmation of booking, it stated 3hours for a table 5+. 30mins into our reservation, was advised that we only had 2 hours.

A truly fun place to be with you and a couple of friends, or even just for two. Palma makes you feel like you're not even in Mtl which is a nice little getaway sometimes. Great cocktails, beautiful ambiance and a good variety of food; catering to everyone.

i ordered the same udon noodles in truffle sauce as I had last time, however, I do feel that this time, the food was not as good as last time. Aslo, they ran out of the specific dessert I wanted.

Très mauvaise experience culinaire. Contre-filet a 80$ c'est moyen. Cuisson medium-saignant manqué. Ils ne m'ont pas proposé de poivre. Le comble, ce restaurant n'a pas de couteau à viande. J'ai dû utiliser un couteau à beurre.

The restaurant is beautiful, the lighting is perfect. We were seated in a comfortable booth & the ambiance/music was wonderful. We had amazing service starting w/the owner, the manager, all servers & even the bus staff. The food & drinks was equally excellent. Presentation & quality of food a 10! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I went to Palma to celebrate my birthday but it was a huge mistake, 2 of my guests never received their food after waiting for at least 2 hours, 4 of the cocktails were also wrong, they almost gave me the wrong cake, and they made a tons of mistake when we were trying to pay for the bill, on top of that, our waitress had an attitude which was very annoying, overall it was a poor experience, I don’t recommend and I’ll never go back there.
