I recently celebrated my birthday at Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. As we were enjoying our meal, the staff surprised me with a delightful birthday cake and a personalized card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought a big smile to my face. Not only that, but every member of the staff took the time to personally wish me a happy birthday, which made me feel incredibly special. The manager even took the time to visit our table and have a chat with us. They wanted to ensure that we were having a great time and that everything was to our liking. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to make sure it was nothing short of exceptional. These little touches of personalized service and genuine care truly set Pampa apart. It made my birthday celebration even more memorable and made me feel like a valued guest. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, my taste buds were in for a treat! The selection of grilled meats was outstanding. Each cut was perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. I couldn't get enough of the tender beef, succulent lamb, and tasty chicken. The gauchos who served the meats were incredibly skilled and added an extra touch of authenticity to the experience. To complement the meats, there was a fantastic salad bar offering an array of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and mouthwatering dressings. It was a refreshing break between meat courses and added a nice balance to the meal. I appreciated the variety and quality of the ingredients. The service at Pampa was top-notch. The Brazilian Pork Shoulder was excellent as well as the Brazilian rump roast. Make sure you leave a little room on your salad plate for the meat.

Have been going to Pampa since they opened years ago. I used to take my team from work at Christmas. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at pampa. As the years go by the quality and value has eroded terribly. This day was a birthday and we brought a small cake and a candle for singing happy birthday. When I inquired about cutlery they informed me that they have a cake waiver and each person must pay an additional 5 dollars. So an extra $30, we chose to go home and celebrate . There are other Brazilian restaurants, we will go elsewhere next time.

Raquel did a great job taking care of us and so did Savyo! Savyo was extremely knowledgeable not just about the cuts of meat but how to best pair it with other foods or drinks! He’s absolutely great and took extra good care of our table!

It was a wonderful evening. The service was excellence—friendly and engaging—and the food was good! Will comment that the pricing is very high for children. Bringing the family with younger children is restrictive. I still look forward to my next visit.

The meats were good but we only had about 6 or7different ones. I thought they advertise at least 13 different meats. The salad bar was alright but not as I remember it being a few years back they had more variety. Over all it was good but for $60 a person I thought it could have been better.

Pampa, all in all, excellent food and service! A new location as we used to go to the downtown location and picked to try out the south ( Ellerslie location ) and it was great! Highly recommended to anyone south or east end of the city who might not want to travel to the West end of the city!

Had a Great meal here for Mother’s Day. I was very impressed with the quality of food - everything was delicious. Would definitely go back. I did learn though that the red/green chip doesn’t really matter though as no matter which colour it is we will be offered meat haha.

Great place to eat! Definitely worth going for their lunch menu if you at doing an early dinner for the price. Would like a little more variety for their salad bar especially with the hot items. However that being said it was a great experience!

Server Amanda was great. Salad bar is just ok nothing too fancy at the salad bar and the potatoes werent done enough, too crunchy. But you can have as much as you want. The skewers of meat were good, our fav being the bacon wrapped beef filet mignon and the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. Their skewered pineaple is delicious. Its only worthwhile and the price is OK if you like alot of meat.

Great service, very cool experience! The servers and the staff who cut the meat table side are all very attentive and helpful. Go hungry, so you can get your moneys worth! There are some delicious cuts of meat and items in the salad bar. The only complaint I could make was that our server was trying very hard to push the most expensive “package” on us, even after I told her I don’t drink alcohol or eat seafood. It would be great if we could choose our own alcohol for the Pampa Experience- the only reason my husband didn’t get that one is cause he wasn’t able to choose his own wine. All in all, great night. Would go again.

Don’t eat much from the salad bar. There’s nothing wrong with the salad bar, it just takes up space in your stomach that you should FILL WITH MEAT!!!!!!!

It was my third or fourth time going to Pampas for lunch. It is always been an enjoyable experience I find that stuff so friendly and very helpful. The choices of all of meat is always delicious and they have an amazing salad bar with the most scrumptious cheese buns. If you've never been I would definitely recommend going it is well worth it. Definitely suggest trying their grilled pineapple with their chicken it is such a delicious combination and it works well with the pork too.

I brought my mom here for her birthday. The lunch menu is definitely worth the money! All the meats are delicious and the staff are so sweet. I went during the day on a Tuesday and the restaurant was very quiet and peaceful. I wish the salad bar was a little more fresh (we went around 1:30) but it wasn’t bad at all. The staff were amazing, I wish I could remember the name of my server she was so sweet. They definitely made my mom feel special for her birthday! I prefer this location much more, it’s very bright and comfortable.
