    Food was amazing as always. Service was great as always. Only problem was there was a table beside us with a child that had a phone and the volume of that phone was loud enough everyone around could hear it, which is hardly the restaurants fault.

    The food was great as was the variety. The servers were prompt but not overbearing. The space appeared a little cramped for servers around our table but they managed quite well. The 28% gratuity did seem a bit excessive but the service and food were great. The reservation process went smooth, and the table was ready for when we booked it.overall, another great Pampa experience

    Had our staff party here. Great service. Very accommodating for our group of 10. Waitress was amazing! Professional and fun at the same time. We ended up staying a little bit late. Wasn’t an issue. Great unique dining experience!

    Not my style of dinning, unless I’m going g for a burger or tacos. For the price you pay and what you are getting it’s very expensive and most likely won’t be back. We decided to go there for our 30th wedding anniversary and the hostess parked us in a side table between two walls and a path between where every one in the room had to squeeze past us including all the staff, and if you’ve ever eaten here you will know it’s busy with severs and meat carvers. Just very disappointed as we spent (two) $100 gift cards we had received from a very dear client. Unfortunate.

    This was the first time dining at the Ellerslie location. We tried the west end in the summer. This time did not hit the mark. Two meats, different cuts/prep - beef or pork, that was it. Pineapple came around once. The potato salad on the west end was outstanding. At this location, it stayed on the plate. Best part, was likely the staff, who were all pleasant/friendly.

    Went to Pampas for the 1st time for my husband's and mine 20th Anniversary. What an experience! Everything from making my reservation, to walking in and smelling all the amazing food was wonderful! The meat just kept on coming...the flavor, the char, everything was perfect. Well done, will absolutely be back for future special occasions!

    This location has great service and attentive wait staff. Glasses never stayed and our favourites frequently made their rounds once we shared out top choices. The night we ate wasn't packed and we were not ushered out past the two hour mark while visiting with our friends who recently got enaged. Very nice of them to let us continue to celebrate. Salad bar was fantastic and any vegitarian would have ample options to eat at Pampas.

    Very nice looking place but quality of food has gone down drastically with Salad Bar not being real good with everything sort of tasting the same no extra smoked meat options on salad bar like Calgary has. Cuts of meat were not good and doing some trimming should be standard with having to pay 70 bucks for this. Some meats were uneditable with fat grissle. Will not be back

    Delicious meat AND side dishes from the salad bar. Seating arrangements could have been set up more cozy and private. Pretty expensive buffet for what an average person can reasonably eat in one sitting.

    The pampa in Calgary was way better, they seemed to have more options for sides. Even though the restuarnt closed at 9, they started to pack up the salad bar at 830 and we felt rushed to finish and leave

    We took our son here for his birthday celebration. Dining experience was wonderful — lots of meat selections. Service was excellent. Raquel, our server, was very friendly and made excellent drink suggestions. She was very attentive and very easy to talk to.     I am celiac and they really have lots of gf food. It is on the pricey side but meat is expensive and you get lots and lots of meat! All the serving staff were pleasant.

    Food was ok, sat right next to salad bar depute requesting a quiet table. The meat tasted ok but was cold. The $200 tab (no alcohol drinks) just wasn’t worth it. Not what I expected for the money.

    Raquel was fantastic and all the gentlemen who came around to our table to serve us wonderful food were awesome. The only negative was the table of 16 in our area who were being incredibly loud and obnoxious. Food was absolutely incredible. We will be back again!

    Pampa is one of my all time restaurants to eat at. I'm always introducing new people to eat there because I love it so much. Always a pleasure when I visit any location.

    Pampa Ellerslie is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to have a unique dining experience. You need to go for the Rodizio and salad bar. The Rodizio is amazing as the servers bring a variety of grilled meats to your table. All of the grilled meats are well seasoned and cooke to perfection. On top of that the ambiance and customer service is great. Definitely head over to Pampa Ellerslie you won’t regret it.

    This was my first time here and it was amazing. Service and food. Our waitress even brought my boyfriend a piece birthday cake. Thank you for a wonderful meal
