Service was outstanding however none of the servers understood the concept of the green means more food and red means stop. Numerous times we had the stop up and they kept coming anyway. Lots of choices for salad and sides. Some of the cuts of beef were tough. The tri-tip was tough as was the garlic tender bites, neither of which are tough cuts prior to cooking. The parmesan crusted pork, picanha and pineapple were outstanding, the top sirloin very good and the chorizo, chicken drumsticks, and bottom sirloin were just average. The service and quantity of food made the overall experience a good one. I thought maybe the tougher cuts were just our experience on that particular night but a coworker who went on a different occasion said the same thing.

We enjoyed. Food was super. Was told the cards were to be faced up green for more food and faced down red for stop, we are in a pause for more food. But servers did not honour that. Was interrupted a lot. So we were wondering why even have the cards that were not used properly by servers.

Staff was fantastic from the manager, bartender, all the servers. They were lots of fun/polite/engaging. Feel that for the price point, a pretty good deal when a burger and fries elsewhere costs over 50% of the all you can eat price at Pampa!

Had booked for a birthday dinner for 3, unfortunately the one having the birthday had to work last minute. We still went with just 2 of us and we were accommodated early. The food was fantastic

Hey there! Usually we are super happy with our experience and have nothing to complain about! We come here for every special occasion with our family and last night we went for my Father in laws birthday. It took a long time for meat to come around. We were offered the trip tip 5 times, the sausage 3 times and the pineapple very often with it not being very warm or juicy until it was sent back for the second time (would recommend not serving with the pits-hard to chew and not good - none of us ate those pieces but loved the juicy pieces on the inside that were nice and warm). That being said we had to ask for them to bring us a different variety of meats as there should be 8 served and had only tried 4 at the end of our dinner. By the time they came to us with our desired choices we were full on the continuous supply of the tri tip, sausage and pineapple and were to full to have it because at that point we were tired of waiting for a variety and just wanted to eat. The waitress we had also kept skipping us and when we addressed her about it she said “well the other table has been waiting too” and I don’t deem that very professional. We had been waiting all night and were made to feel guilty asking for some more food. Our bill was $377 and I don’t mind spending money on good food and service but I don’t think it was worth that last night. Hopefully if we decide to come again this will not be the case ! At this time I would not recommend this restaurant until this is changed Thanks for your time A loyal Pampa Customer

Had a great dinner here, loved the mashed potatoes, grilled pineapple, as well as the salad bar and all the meats, service was great. I feel there should be small dishes available for the sauces etc in the salad bar tho. too many people going back up with used plates to get more sauces etc. I asked for a small ramekin and they went in the back and got me one. Definitly would go again.

Very good food, excellent service. Staff was very attentive and made sure that everything was satisfactory. The manager stopped at our table, introduced himself and we had a nice chat. Unique restaurant to go out for a special occasion.

We waited for 20 minutes to get a drink, another 20 for people to come around with meat and they only came around once, we sat waiting for about 30 minutes to see if anyone would come around again before asking for our bill to leave. The manager wasn’t very concerned about it. The food we did get was good but I wouldn’t go back, very expensive to only get served once!

This is our second time to this restaurant and we had another wonderful experience! We were seated immediately and proceeded to the buffet bar. The various meats started coming out to our table and we loved the variety! The meats were good cuts (especially the beef) and very tasty. The cinnamon pineapple is always a hit! Perhaps the most impressive part of the experience is the friendliness of the staff and professionalism of the gentlemen coming to each table and offering the various meats. If you are looking for a great, unique dining experience in Red Deer that is different from the usual steakhouse choices, for either a special celebration or even just an evening out, this restaurant is a great choice! Thanks again for a lovely meal!

Our server was new but it took over half hour to get our drinks, by which time we had already eaten our meal. We also had to request water refills and servers didn’t pay attention to the red/green buttons and continually stopped. We’ve eaten here many times with good service but there were many misses this time

Did not like the sides in the buffet table. 95% cold vegetables, salad, cheese, stale bread. Only 4 hot buffet items (mashed potato, rice, beef stroganoff which was more like a soup with minimal items in it, and a bean stew). The meat on the spits was good and came frequently to the table. Overall we were not impressed and will not be returning. Not worth over $100. We will go to the Keg

It was unfortunate that the gf buns were only replenished twice during our stay there. That and the addition of customers who felt they required majority of the buns, resulted in our table only getting 1 or 2 buns each. Add to that to the fact that 1/2 our table was celiac, it was a but weird it was such a hot commodity. Great meat though.
