   The food that came was fresh and hot. The service was VERY SLOW. An hour had gone by and we had not even had half of the meats come by, but several times the ones we had already eaten, came by two or three times. It almost seemed like we should have told the waitress as soon as we sat down to send all the cuts of meat directly, because it wasn’t until we did, that we were served the ones that had yet to come out table. This is in contrast to previous visits where it seemed you had to turn some of the gauchos away because they were coming around so often. This visit was definitely the polar opposite, and it wasn’t like they were crazy busy. It’s too bad because the food was quite good.

   We had been to Pampas downtown years ago and it was much better. Of the various meats offered, there were only 3-4 we enjoyed (bacon wrapped port, rump steak and chicken thighs). The salad bar was excellent and the roasted pineapple with cinnamon were excellent , as were the cocktails. Overall, just didn’t think it was good value for money.

   Not the same as some time ago , not going again The service was good but not the food, meat was over cooked some to salty, for me looks was a leftovers from previos day, I loved the fish ceviche with mango, this time was not right , was slime like again leftovers from previous days. Not going again , not worth it.

   Pampa has always been a wonderful place to take guests and eat. The restaurant is conducive to eating and conversations. While the food was great, it seemed like the meats were coming out in some disorderly fashion. Even though the waiters were attentive and asked for certain meats to come out, it took many tries and a long time to get to our table. Nonetheless, I would recommend coming to Pampa and will definitely come again. It may be an illusion, but it also seemed like the south side location is larger for both the venue as well as salad bar selection than the west side location.

    it was my anniversary, and the staff was very sweet, although we waited a very long amount of time for our drinks, and when we got our drinks, there was something inside the glass... The food was amazing flavours galore. I would just like if they made the Parmesan pork a little less well done. It was a bit dry, I would just like if they made the Parmesan pork a little less well done. It was a bit dry. The overall cost was reasonable considering the selection and service, I would just suggest there would be a little bit more variety in meat , we felt as if we went through the entire selection quickly and there was more steak than anything in a short period of time.. Through and through my partner and I were very satisfied. Would come again and also recommend

    I took my boys here on Saturday for an early Mother's Day dinner. It was a great experience. The salad bar was fresh, tasty and varied with plenty of options from light salads to pasta and potato salads, soups and rice. The mint and mango sauces were tasty. The servers bringing over all sorts of cuts of meat is a unique and fun experience. We sat in a fairly open area, and I tend to enjoy a more intimate setting, so that is the only downside to the experience we had. Overall, it was a lot of fun.

    Our experience was overall good. We did get lots of meats that were very dried out. The value of the food was poor. We had to ask several times to get more meat, they said they would send it over, then they never did. They kept trying to take out plates away and kept offering dessert when we were waiting for more food meat.

    They have changed their menu, decreased lunch offerings. Salad bar was lacking had no cheese, other items that make the salad bar great . They used to offer 10 choices of meat. They reduced that to 7. The price you pay per person did not change. The quality of the meat has gone down since our last visit. The meat was tough, lots of it was over cooked. Some of it was even raw. We are very disappointed with this visit.

    overall the experiance was just ok this time. was busier than normal is maybe why. the guy serving the pineapple gave off the vibe he didnt really want to be there by his body language. i think the server had too many tables as drinks seemed to take longer that it should have to arrive. sat near the bar and ordered a beer in a can that took 10-12 minutes to come. no other drinks at table ordered so they were not waiting for that. asked to send over the guys serving lamb and sausage as that was the only meat we hadnt tried. never did see them come by. will be back for hopefully a better experiance as we had before.

    Was first time I ever had just salad bar Really missed the pineapple and prosciutto Cheese buns excellent Was asked couple times about meat kebabs even tho I had no meat “medallion” My husband has small appetite but does enjoy the kebab selections but we had to ask for couple of items and 3 never did come by Our server was excellent and did his best to assure people came by but still a few didn’t We both enjoyed what we had but we think we try another location to see if salad bar has other items Thank you especially to our server

    The food was good ,but after a while maybe 4 or 5 meat pieces the person that serves meat started avoiding us, then the waitress came to ask us if we were done twice , which we clearly were not. We felt that was rude . The ambiance is nice

    Food was great as always except for having to openly ask for the pineapple after watching both tables get it served to them multiple times. Service was super slow, we had to wait over 10 minutes for food with the card flipped up to green while both other tables were being served. But unfortunately we had 6 people so even with crappy service they automatically add a 18% gratuity so they took a $65 tip for the crappy service. 6 people cost $450 and they didn’t even offer dessert with full service. Rip off as far as I’m concerned.

    Excellent!! A fun experience. All the meat was hot, perfectly cooked and delicious. The buffet was large with hot rice, potatoes, and a large assortment of cold pastas, cheese, and meats. Outstanding service.
