Amazing food and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

Very great food and amazing people . Have come here 3 times and always great eats. I really hope places like this can make it thru the shut downs.

I feel like the food has gone downhill here.

The steak wasn’t as good as I remembered and they didn’t bring enough at first. We asked for more but we had already filled up on other things.

Cauliflower was not good. The bacon wrapped ham was undercooked.

The coconut shrimp were amazing but they were add on items. The lamb was cooked quite well and was tasty. The chimmichurrie was extra - which to me should be included as it was before.

I know it’s hard for restaurants now so I’d still go back.

The service was amazing and the drinks as always were so good!

This was our first time at Pampa’s, and we were impressed! The service is amazing, I don’t think there was a time where we had to look for a waiter/waitress. The food and drinks were delicious! We’ll be back for sure.

Was good tasting, food came in a reasonably quick.

Food was great. I just wish they did not make us feel like it was not eat all you can meat. It is probably just the change due to pandemic but it used to be that meat was overflowing.

Some meat was a little chewy and some was really fatty, so fatty that there was only a tiny piece of meat on a big chunk of fat! Maybe the cook should make sure they trim the fat before they cook it or make sure the customers are getting meat and not fat on their plate! It didn't impress me enough to go back!

Fantastic service. Staff is very knowledgeable on allergens and food diets restrictions definitely will be a returning customer.

Amazing food and great service. Was just what we wanted.

I have been to Pampa a few times before at the downtown location and every time it was exceptional. This time at the west location about 80% of the food was overcooked and the cuts of meat were tough and chewy. Even the gluten free buns that are normally melt in your mouth delicious were tough and chewy. We were very disappointed with the experience.
The service was very good. No shortage of wait staff.

Love Pampas when it’s normal . Food quality doesn’t seem to be the same . But totally understand and respect their efforts to try during these hard times .
Hopefully we can return when things get back to normal and Have the same great experience from before covid .

First time dining here, will definitely return. Meats were delicious! Plenty of food and selections.

Excellent service, however the restaurant charge extra for dippings even ketchup. Food wasn’t as good as before covid, 80% of the meat were overcooked. Hopefully that was just one odd night instead of what Pampa is now.

We enjoyed our night out... but No one at our table of 4 felt they could eat enough to even closely meet the cost of our meal. Pre covid you could say it was for the experience but with the new regulations I'd say not worth it.

Another outstanding experience at Pampa. It's a very different experience compared to what it was prior to CoViD but they've done a really good job of it. The service is outstanding the servers are very pleasant and the food is as excellent as it ever was.

Not what was expected for the pricing, service was questionable. Unlikely to use again even when fully functional.

The food is amazing, especially the steaks . The sides are very well done and the Brazilian cheese bread is great.

Everyone was friendly and quick to bring you more food.

Service was terrible, they ran out of meats, so the wait was over 30 minutes, yet our sides were served. When meats were ready, only a limited selection was available/served. On the bright side, we got to pay full price for an awful experience. To top it off, have yet to hear back from the restaurant as I posted on their page as well about this experience. Tells me a lot about how its run.

Although I miss the salad buffet (choice of sides is much smaller), the food was very good and the service was excellent!

the meat did not live up the standard of my previous Pampa dining experiences, especially for the price.

We loved the excellent service. Food arrived at the table right away, and kept coming! Our servers were fabulous, super attentive. There was even a man who kept an eye on everyone's meat needs & would come asking if we wanted more meat. We left stuffed & happy! Made me feel truly wined & dined...reminded me of being at a nice dinner at a resort (Covid has me dreaming of vacation). Thank you for an excellent evening with my hubby :)

Amazing service at the west Edmonton location, friendly, and you were never out of a drink or food once while dining there! Would 10/10 recommend

Great food, excellent service, but I think that the fact that the restaurant had only 5 tables to served May have helped with that. Support these restaurants during these hard times, folks, or else they won’t be here for long!

With the new service style the portions were small, drier than normal and wasn’t clear that service stops unless you get the attention of a server and request more. The food was average but the pricing didn’t reflect it. I don’t think I’ll go back.

Food was decent. Not the same experience as pre-Covid. Too many small plates used to serve and table becomes cluttered and uncomfortable.

Gluten cheese breads were too salty, garlic bread was rock hard had to ask for it to be soften/warmed.
Order only one extra round of steak and chimichurri is extra(wasn’t ever a thing before). The sides were not as good as we remembered, the quality was lacking. We actually sent the cheese cake back as it was completely dry and crumbled infront of our eyes. Really disappointed with how this experience turned out ... we been to pampas more than a dozen times and the standard of quality is usually much higher.

Food was great but server's seemed a bit rusty. But with recent events that is in no way a surprise and I think ultimately they did well

Always a great experience @ Pampa, this was my 1st time to West End location, and due to covid restrictions, no rotating gauchos or help-yourself salad bar, but anything you wanted was nevertheless brought to table effectively. Filling, tasty cuts, and inspired cocktails.

We had Good time.

We usually have had an awesome experience here, but with Covid regulations this really changed the entire experience.

My wife and I love dinning at all of the Edmonton Pampa locations, years a go this was where our "1st" date took place. Ever since than we like to re-visit the place that brought us together. For this years Valentines Day we naturally chose Pampa West. The service level from our server was above average as per normal, and the helpers/food runners were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. We were disappointed with the food temperatures of the feature meats and mains. The cold dishes/sides were on point. I come to Pampa for the meat and cheese puffs, they make our mouths water just thinking about them. This time they were cold as well. The cleanliness and atmosphere at this location was top shelf and great to see as per usual. Hopefully this will only be a 1 off experience as it holds my wife and mines magical beginning.

The meat selection is usually pretty good but the cooking at the time was very dry and unappealing. The waitress didnt come back to ask which meat we wanted to get. One waiter just kept handing us the same platter even though we didnt ask for it. Very confusing service and disappointed with the food. This location used to be good. The cheesecake was very dry it was falling apart and very crumbly.

So far it was the worst experience i ever had in Pampa. We were waiting for food very long and our sever was acting like we were invisible .
