   The food was good however I found that the cost was significantly higher than my last visit. $12 for a rum & coke is gouging. The service was great, the food delicious but I don’t think I can afford to visit Pampas again. The value was not there for me. $60 per person to sit down is significant, before you order a beverage is excessive.

   A different eating experience for sure but won't likely return. The meat servings were for the most part well done and not as tender as I would have expected, most were in fact quite chewy. Since they only use a sea salt seasoning, after a few meat servings they all seemed to taste the same. The salad bar had a good variety. The unlimited meat servings concept sounds like a great deal but the meat servings seemed too delayed to really enjoy them with the rest of the meal. Since most people probably can't eat more than 8 to 10 ounces of meat the $59 cost per person is not great value. The service and servers were all very friendly and great.

   We had to ask for meat to be brought to the table. The staff was very friendly. But absent most of the time. And I wish there was a shrimp option. We went to another Brazilian steakhouse and they had shrimp.

    First time eating here. Staff was wonderful, knowledgeable about the food, friendly and seemed to like their job. Food was delicious. Presentation at salad bar was great. Having ingredients listed really helps with choices. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

    I’ve been to this Pampa’s twice…and one in Las Vegas. This one is way better than the one in Vegas. Make sure to have the grilled pineapple…so good.

    Everything is excellent except the price. $60.00 per person I feel is a bit steep which will make it something I wouldn't do regularly.

    Food was pretty good! The service started off amazing when the restaurant was busy and ended up being poor the less busy it got (we could see the staff hanging around) when we actually needed them. I personally wouldn’t go back.

    Disappointed in the level of service for the price. Had to ask our server numerous times to take drink orders. The selection of meats was slow and had to request certain cuts while certain cuts were just not available. Very pricey for what you get. Certainly not a $60 - $70 per person experience. Not the Pampa of a few years ago.

    We frequent Pampa regularly but found the service was lacking last night. Our main servers were fantastic at keeping our drinks filled but the servers walking around with the meat seemed to go to every other table around us and skip ours even though we had or tag on green. We would get one little piece of meat and then ended up waiting sometimes over 15 minutes until another person came to our table. The two tables across from us were having meat come to their table so much that it was piling up on their plates. It wasn’t until our main servers asked us if we would like any meat in particular that the other servers arrived promptly with more food.

    I will not go here again. Although the BBQ meats and pineapple were delicious and the salad bar was adequate, the service was and ambience was poor. We only got to try 5 small portions of the 13 meat selections before we were stuffed because the meat servers did not come around often. There was nothing special about the ambience except the meat servers. Drinks and dessert were extra so our bill was $275 including tip for 3 people! We definitely did not eat enough to feel we got value for our dollar.

    I used to frequent the downtown location and it was always great. Lastnight the cuts mostly were overcooked Except 1 which was very undercooked. I got a Ceasar.. which seemed to be tomato juice and water - no exaggeration Someone ( not our server)came and brought me a different drink which also was pretty much juice and water. Server came over once between the start of the night and once only after the drink was complained about She was never around My wife had 1 glass of wine and I had the 1st sip of the first drink and 1 or 2 of the second drink In a 2 hour span that's that's all the service we got for drinks so we stuck to water whenever some random would come fill it. And I'm not sure if the staff got the memo about how pampa works with the cards... red stop and green, go. But long after it was red every single cut would come to our table to ask if we wanted some. It was interrupting and rather annoying. I don't like to complain but lastnight was a disaster . Still tipped well. And would hope in the future things are better organized and sorted
