   Horrible experience. The people with the meat ignore us completely. It was pretty much that we went over there to eat rice and beans. We have to yell at them to caught there attention and at least have 1 piece of meat. Supervisor went to every table to see how was everything except our table. We are not going back!!!

   Ok first, who charges $7.00 for one cup of coffee? 🤔 This is capitalism at its best! We weren’t given a menu so we didn’t know or expect a small cup of coffee to cost this. Secondly, our server barely came to the table to check in. So, we would be sitting there for like 20-30 mins and no server. Finally, the meat servers, barely came to table either. The entire premise of Pampas is to keep the delicious meats coming but we had to ask for the meat servers to come to table on more than one occasion. With charging $7.00 for a cup of Joe, you’d think there would be more structure and tact in this place. Nada. Keep your money. Not worth it.

   Not worth the visit, the Salad bar is good but that's about it. We had to keep asking for our waiter and the steak visits were few and far in between.

   They did not have a lot of side dish options. The bread was the best thing, rice and beans were good and everything else was just average!! The meats were just ok. The best thing was the chicken apple sausage. They have a lot of medium rare options. It took so long for meats to come around we ate mostly sides. When the meats did come they were dripping in blood and we usually like medium well but in this case we were satisfied with whatever they had that wasn’t still bleeding! I’ve been to Brazilian steak houses before and this one was just average. Our waiter was very nice and attentive!!

   Overall a waste of time and money. Bland, fatty and tasteless meat selection and a lackluster salad bar. Sadly, Golden Corral is a much better option. We wasted almost $300 for a family if 4 and could have eaten better for $60 elsewhere.

    We have been here weekly since they started the late night happy hour 8-11pm, $29.99 special. Last night's service was terrible. Either the server was new, or just unpleasant. She told us you can only go to the market table once (wrong, its unlimited, even says on the signage) and that it only included one drink (wrong, its unlimited house drinks for an hour). Our server barely came by, and when we tried to order more drinks, she looked at her watch and said ok, that's the last round (it was only our second and it was only 45 mins) and stacked and slammed our empty glasses. Also there wasn't many meats between 8-9.

    Don’t ask for water unless you’re ready to be charged $7 for the experience. It would have been nice to be told. It’s already expensive here.

    The food at Pampas was great! I was told by friends not to fill up on items from the salad bar so I would have more room for the meat. However, the salad bar items were excellent too! The star of the show was the meat, and I still made plenty of room for all of them! If possible, get Alex as your server. He was excellent! Pampas was worth the price!

    The food did not correspond to a level expected for more than $60 per person. We are Brazilians and know how churrascarias are supposed to be. Meat was not the cuts expected, service was slow and we had to leave after 1-1/2 hours of waiting. The robot was cute but didn’t affect the (lack of) value of the place.

    The staff are very friendly. The set up & choice of salads, pasta, potatoes and meat are excellent. Sever was very attentive, kept are beverages full and pleasant to talk with. We recommend this restaurant to all. Just make sure you come hungry as the chefs bring choices of meat to your table every 5 minuets.

    Beware of their upsell tactics. They will promptly offer you water (which is great) they'll give you a choice of regular or sparkling water. If you ask for regular water, they will serve you from a bottle which they will just add to the tab (which is not good) without telling you. If you just want a glass of "regular" water, you have to specify that you want neither, just tap water. Be aware as well that if you mention you are celebrating something, they will bring you a slice of cake without asking and they will just tack it to the your tab. It is not a huge amount, but it's their business ethics that I question.

    Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. This happens quite often there and hostess team is never friendly. Bryce our server saved the day.

    My friends and I had an awesome experience here last night! We used a Groupon for the Rodizio Dinner and we were pleasantly surprised how hassle free redeeming it was. Our server Bryce was very attentive and informative. He explained the various meats that were being served as well as the great value drink specials ($20 all you can drink beer for an hour!). We thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried but the cheese bread and the tri-tip really stood out! We waited for a bit to try the spicy filet mignon and mentioned this to one of the meat servers, Shawn. He let us know he would bring it right out to us and within minutes we were enjoying it. Now that's good service! All in all I highly recommend giving this place a shot, you can't find this kind of quality for this price point anywhere else on the strip.

    We got this dinner for free so I want to be clear. This is a fair and honest review. This is the worst meal i have ever had in memory. To be fair i only remember good meals. I have never had an std but i feel that my has now changed. A bad case of the runs I would feel like I won. Update to follow. Enjoy

    This was by far the worst meal I have ever had in my entire life. I would not feed my dog the food they served us. The salad bar is like a cheap wilted iceberg lettuce. I have been to sizzlers with a better salad bar. Not hardly any options like a traditional Brazilian steak house. The food was all well done over cooked pieces of rubber. I tried every type of meat they brought hoping to find one that was edible none were. Spoke to manager who was useless in getting some properly prepared food. I can not understand how this place is in business. There are half off coupons and buy one get one everywhere I suppose to get people in. Do not fall for it as we did it is not worth the frustration of not being able to get drinks and waiting for cold well done rubber they call meat. This was the first restaurant I walked out of after talking to the manager. We will usually finish our meal pay our bill then speak to manager when there is an issue as we are not trying to get a meal or discount but want to let management know issues so they can fix them. This place was so bad I couldn’t even do that as nothing was edible. Stay far far away from this place.

    The food we did receive was good, however we had to complain to get the meat service we paid for. Dozens of times the meat carving servers would bypass our table despite the green card flipped up. After complaining the servers would approach our table with an attitude, likely because they were reprimanded for our complaint. Definitely not worth the price with all of the other options available in Las Vegas.

    We try to dine at Pampas whenever we are in Vegas. We have never been disappointed by the food and service. The Groupon coupon really enhances the value of the meal.

    Meat was meh (most of the cuts of meat were rare and tough), buffet was messy and not very flavourful. On the pulse side the staff was courteous and very friendly.

    I was just a little nervous about the attendant in the bathroom who had all sorts of products and was watching as I washed my hands. Also bathrooms should be checked a little more frequently. Other than that, I had an A+ experience

    Bryce was our waiter and he was great!!!!!! We had to request food to be brought to us at lease 5 times!!!!! I’ve eaten Brazilian steak houses many times this was the worse!!!!! First time in Los Vegas and this restaurant was recommended, but for my wife birthday traveling across country from Virginia it was a bad experience. Once again Bryce was great but EVERYTHING else wasn’t worth the 200 dollar bill!!!!!
