   We felt it was extremely overpriced for the quality of food received. Their 30 item side bar consisted of about 10-15 items geared for salads/cold salads, six items that would be side dishes (rice, clam chowder, bean dish, au gratin potatoes, etc.). Meat was just okay - bacon wrapped chicken & Filets were good, and tender to cut. Service - those who walked around serving the meat were great. Our server for the table had much to be desired. We had to ask for refills, and then waited 10-15 minutes for those. Dirty dishes were never cleared at all. If someone is getting a 20% gratuity (which is automatically applied, and was over $55 in our case) then drinks should be served & dishes cleared in a timely manner. That's all he had to do, as everything is self service. As we were leaving, I intended to speak to the manager to go over the service issues we had (can't help the food - it is what it is), but she was involved in a discussion with employees and my husband did not want to wait. 🫤

   Jay was an awesome Gaucho and I couldn't have been happier with his service. But overall, I've been at much better brazillian steakhouses that were much more reasonably priced. This is my fifth or sixth time to this location, and my previous experiences weren't as disappointing, but this time it was a letdown... The salad bar is fairly small compared to others, and the prices are high IMHO.

   The staff was extremely nice. However, the food was not very flavorful. I was there for 45 min and the sirloin man is the only person who came with meat the entire time. We were also placed in a room of a large and extremely noisy party. So it was just not an enjoyable experience overall. But once again, the staff was top notch.

   Salad bar and meat were good but the desserts were disappointing. Icing on the Red Velvet and Carrot cakes were not the traditional crème cheese nor buttercream and was very waxy.

   We had a wonderful brunch experience at Pampas Las Vegas! The food and drinks were excellent. Our server was both friendly and efficient. We highly recommend!

    It’s tough. It was EXTREMELY BUSY. It’s like they were blindsided. We were seated for 30 minutes and only one round of meat came, and it was cold. The manager was amazing though, and took care of us. We will try it again, but if it’s busy, I would steer clear. We had a reservation and we’re seated within 5 minutes, so that was good. I was worried because there was a HUGE crowd waiting outside. The meat person that came to us let us know that it usually isn’t like this. And that he just grabbed random meat, and didn’t know how it was cooked. Lol. Anyway next time we’re in Vegas we will try it again. Hopefully not on a busy night.

    The food was delicious and plentiful. Martin, our waiter was attentive and very pleasurable. We finished our meal with carrot cake and red velvet cake. They were so yummy.

    Was a lil skeptical looking at some past reviews but we had a coupon for half off including shrimp and I was happy we took the chance. For once I ate good in vegas. Meat selection was prime! And carvers were on it! Even serving food when my sign said no! Overall service was great even then they stay busy! Def will go back!

    It was a lovely experience . We were greeted by friendly hostesses. Our wait to get in wasn’t long at at. We got our first plate and sat down . It took a little bit for the food to start rollin but as soon as it started it was non stop with all different varieties. Highly recommend the garlic filet . The photographer got some beautiful pictures of us. And our waiter was absolutely incredible. Friendly , funny , attentive to our needs . Everything was very on Point . Highly recommend when you are in the area . Depending on how you do it it might be a little bit costly but overall it is a great price for how much food and service you get .

    This was not what I expected… expected to be similar to another well known Brazilian steakhouse …. Sides were ok… I currently am not eating meat but all the meat selection looked really good! The Wait staff was the best part! Amazing staff!

    Our reservation was at 7 and we were seated 20 minutes later by a rude hostess. The menu is so limited. The noise level was obnoxious. The waiter was nice and tried to be accommodating, but we still opted to leave and go have dinner elsewhere.

    We were able to take advantage of a lunch discount of 50% off the normal price that was more in line with the quality of the food. Also up selling other food items and high price of beverages. Service was great just fell flat with the food.

    Not great at all. This was our first time dining at Pampas from Chicago. The food was not good. They served lots of pork. The Gauchos were not fairly coming to tables to serve meats. Salad bar was so so. The plates, glasses and silverware were very dirty. Very disappointed with where we were sat and the overall environment. Restarant needs some cleaning and updating.

    Very friendly staff. Just the meat selections where very very minimal and they come back with mostly pork/chicken and sausage rather than beef. No fancy or higher quality meats. They take a while to rotate back to you. Salad bar was decent. Smaller selection. Food was good but could be better.

    The staff is amazing. They have great customer service. Also, food is really good. I highly recommend. One tip I'll give since I wish we would've known from the beginning, is to ask your waiter for a menu of the meats that are available that way you can request specific meats you'd like to try.

    Extremely loud. There’s was a band playing and many many people partying with them - had we known to expect that we would’ve gone elsewhere. The experience was like going to Golden Corral and Walmart at the same time. The meat choices were good; the buffet of sides was over-used, sloppy and a mess. We could not understand the wait staff due to the loud environment and their heavy accents.

    This was our 3rd time at Pampas. Our first two experiences was GREAT that's why we came back a 3rd time. From the time we walked to the counter to wait for our table the customer service was AWFUL. We were sat at a table in the bar area that wasn't stable my bestfriend went back to the counter to ask if we could be moved they stated NO because the other areas were for reservations in which we had reservations so, we were confused. A youngman came to the table with bottled water I stated "this table is rocky", he said would you like another table we stated yes". From being told we couldn't be moved we were moved to a different table and area. We sat down never given any water we sat there waiting for service we were served twice. The servers continued to walk past us as if we weren't there including a manager who went to the table beside us asking if everything was ok never asked us anything. We asked for steak sauce they didn't have any. I can truly say our experience was TERRIBLE from the beginning from customer service to the food service. The only thing that was enjoyable was our Coke and Sprite which we paid $18.00. We finally decided to leave and take our money elsewhere. We'll NEVER waste our money coming to PAMPAS ever again even with the Groupon voucher and we'll be emailing Groupon regarding this matter as well. This was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS.

    Went for dinner. Food variety was ok, kept asking for certain cuts and it seemed as though they would keep putting you off and get to it when they felt like it if at all. I’ve been to the 2 chains (Fogo, & Texas plus another local one Via Brazil) and I felt like variety was lacking in comparison. Salad bar honestly feels basic compared to others. There was 5 of us and after telling them repeatedly that my mom was a vegetarian I had to ask a couple times that they bring her a veggie plate. Honestly, nothing special. Ambiance is loud. The bar area is where we were seated and it should have been left as a bar and not used for overall seating. It’s too noisy and active to feel comfortable seated there. You’re also right near the door and it just lessens the experience. Also one of the meat servers seemed like it would be irritated when you asked him for more than one of whatever her was serving. Just not impressed. :(

    Enjoyed Pampas for the first time! Location was challenging to find while- had to ask several people around the mall to assist with finding. However, once located it was a smooth experience. Celebrated my Father birthday! The staff was friendly and provided amazing customer service the entire time. Made my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. Food was delicious! Even the photographer that came to take our photos was friendly and patient. Clean facility and no wait time. I would recommend to others as well as return when traveling back to Las Vegas.

    Service is what set the tone…reception/hostess were abrupt and not very helpful at all. And the stupid robot to take us to the table was ridiculous. Slow, annoying. Impersonal and inaccurate. No one could tell which table since a major spill and clean up were going on. Our waiter took forever to come and take our drink orders and tell us the system. We went to salad bar and claw back and ate half the plate before he came back with wine and another 5 to get the water we requested too. There was another spill or leak and I slid and almost fell. Guests helped but staff never noticed. The meats were good. The sides were pretty good. But “we could care less” staff set a horrible tone. The meat is goo.

    The service was very good. Grant and Prize are exceptional serves. Their price of 69.99 per person is high for the lack of variety. Their salad bar is very limited. Many items are not included and require additional charges.

    It was a fantastic meal with great service. The people really were a highlight. We were sat next to the door which was very cold and our hot food cooled quickly, which was disappointing at times. I would go back but I would make sure to sit elsewhere

    Food was OK. But I have been to other Brazilian rodizio restaurants that had better food. Picanha probably is the best in rodizio but it didn't come around often here. They also lack some other items that we like - chicken hearts and roast pineapple. For their regular price of $62.99, I expect better steak. You can also pass their deserts.

    Seated right next to the door so it was loud and busy but the service was outstanding and the food was very good. Vegas prices but it is all you can eat and eat. Everyone was more than kind and Jay and Zoe were very good and took great care of us along with our waiter. It’s a good experience would recommend!

    We got a 50% off coupon for lunch thru 2/28 on Facebook by signing up for Pampas emails, and what a deal it was. $6 for soda was steep since I only got a few refills but the manager was able to assist numerous times which is always great to see. The food was plentiful and the salad bar was amazing. I would come back again and pay the full price. It's very affordable.
