Panciuto is a chef-driven restaurant that creates Italian cuisine with Southern ingredients. Here, nothing is more important than the food on the plate. That is why Panciuto works closely with its network of farmers and suppliers to get the freshest ingredients possible into the kitchen and to the guests. While technically a Southern restaurant, Panciuto is constantly adding to the meal and creating more and more diverse takes on what Southern cuisine can actually be.Panciuto's menu is always evolving. Diners can expect to see little tweaks every day and by the time a month has elapsed it is usually a completely different menu. However, there are certain dishes that are so popular that they tend to stick around longer than others. These include great dishes like the grilled pork shoulder with onion glaze, cucumbers, marinated tomatoes, ghiaia pasta salad with zephyr squash and a basil aioli.
