I made a reservation for brunch. When we got there, they said "No bruch" without any more explanation than that. They only had a lunch menu. Lunch was ok. When it was time to pay and leave, the whole system crashed. They made us wait 45 minutes while they tried to fix it. They ignored us almost the whole time, didn't offer much explanation, an alternative solution to make us pay or any compensation for the time wasted, even when I talked to the manager (he offered me a drink the next time I come, but I'm never going back again) I do not recommend. There are other far better brunch restaurants in the Old Port.

I made reservations for two on a Saturday night - we were seated on the ground-level patio, with nearly no space from the on-walkers on the street and it was very loud, with minimal privacy. We were disturbed a few times (someone was sitting in our seat when we were getting seated, a stranger came by and gave us a flower arrangement, someone fell near our table), and the table wasn't clean when we sat down. I'd assume that reservations would take priority to have better seating, such as the upper-level patio so we were quite disappointed by this. We had asked our server if we could move if a table became available and she said she'd be able to do this we'd just need to pay our bill with her. I don't believe she actually checked on this because we were there for 1.5h and she didn't mention it again. Service was very slow, it took about 15 minutes for a server to come and welcome us. It didn't seem busy, either (at least from what we could tell by the indoor seating). We received our food before we received our water, and received our utensils after that. The fries were good (portion was pretty large), but the lemon pasta didn't seem to have much lemon. The sangria however was great. Overall, not too pleased with the experience. Probably won't be returning.

We went to Pangea for my sister's bachelorette. I had booked the Bistro for dinner, but we were seated in the supper club, which had a different menu (still plenty of options, but more expensive). The food and beverage service was very slow (we were seated at 2100 and we didn't eat until 2245). Some of the food was quite good (oysters, sea bass, cauliflower), but other food received some negative feedback from the group (steak). The vibe in the supper club was very fun with a DJ and live entertainment, so overall it was a good experience, but there are definitely some kinks they need to work out.

Service was bad we were sitting for 45mins before getting a glass of water or the menu. The food wasn’t warm but ambiance was definitely there music was good. The cocktails were strong and hahaha

Not satisfied at all with the service. My friends and I wanted appetizers and to get a bottle but the servers never came to see us and they kept changing our server throughout the night. I had to run after different people just to get shot glasses for a 1.75L bottle I got. The wrong people were coming to us to have us pay. My partner and I had to pay for a bill that was not ours because the waitress couldn’t remember who’s bill it was. It was all extremely confusing and not a pleasant time. Would not come back.

The food was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was spectacular! It was my SOs birthday and we had a wonderful time and the waiter made our experience fun and memorable. The place is definitely worth it.
